Staff was nice enough, but my Brazilian wax was sloppy. I still have hair that was plenty long to be waxed, but wasn't. The waiting room and had a number of people going in and out, so I'm assuming she did such an awful job because she felt rushed. I've had plenty if waxes before in other salons, but recently moved so I had to find a new place and decided to try this place. Never again! I had my wax on Thursday and still have to shave! read more

I decided to brave my very first bikini wax today at this European wax center. So happy I came here!! The facilities are brand new looking and very clean. I felt welcome as soon as I walked into the door. I was waiting for my first bikini left, the weather in Riverside into that room but my waxer, Brook, was so great as she maintained casual conversation the entire time I was in there. She did a thorough and quick job. I'm very happy with the results. I'll definitely be back! I was treated very professionally and courteously, and made comfortable throughout the entire experience. Loved it! It is very clean inside. The front desk girls are very nice and aren't too pushy with products. The waxer made me feel very comfortable (considering I was lying there bottomless) She didn't apply a hot towel on my hair, but I guess that their policy states they don't have to. Not the end of the world. Tip: try not to be a walk in. I've tried walking in twice before and they were booked all day. I'd suggest planning your wax a week or so ahead. read more

Although I was delighted at the results of the waxing [even being my first time and not knowing exactly how much it would hurt or what to expect for results], I am not very pleased with my actual experience there. I felt very pressured into buying things...packages, product, additional services, you name it. It even went as far as they rung up a gel that I never said I wanted to purchase because the esthetician said I needed to buy it for razor burn. [Mind you I did not have any razor burn, she asked if I ever had it and much like every other human being that has touched a razor to them, yes I have, and this is why it was recommended, because I have had it...at least once...no mention of recurring at all] This gel was rung up and added to my bill for an additional $40. I was not happy. The gel is sitting in my cabinet for almost a month now, unused. They also scheduled me for another appointment when I said I didn't want to schedule one...but again, pressured and a "tentative date" was set up. I do not like high pressure sales and just wanted to get out of there without hassle. Also, there's no coverup at all. You go in for a bikini wax and you are exposed the whole time. Drop your pants while the esthetician is prepping the wax in the same room and hop on the table with everything all laid out. I felt very uncomfortable. I don't see myself going back...I'd rather go somewhere else where the staff isn't as pushy. read more

Go see ANNA if you want a perfect waxing experience. I struggle to trust any one with my eyebrows because they are dark and thick Italian brows, and quite frankly the most distinctive feature on my face. I finally surrendered them to Anna and consistently get compliments on them. She knows how to shape them, not take too much off, and she is precise about her work. I also use her for bikini waxing and she is quick and painless. Doesn't help that she is a great conversationalist through the experience too! read more

I decided to try this place because I had received a coupon in the mail for a free eyebrow wax. I couldn't believe how pleasant the experience was. Almost zero pain. they use a different type of wax/ technique from other salons. I loved it so much I went back and tried the brazilian wax. Trisha the waxer was so professional and got me through it quickly and with less pain than hard waxing. Due to the location and their different style of waxing I decided to buy a package deal. This is the first time I've been here and was dreading the experience... It's been a while since I've had a Brazilian! Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The establishment is clean and the staff is professional and courteous. Mary does a great job at educating the client about the waxing experience. As a nurse, I was THRILLED to see hand sanitizer and gloves. They also use a new applicator with each dip. The Brazilian itself, while not painless, wasn't too uncomfortable at all!!! i'm a total convert. i LOVE going here for my waxes - especially my eyebrows. it's pricier than what you would pay at a nail salon, but to me it's so worth it. the waxer communicates with you and asks you how you want things shaped, and i swear they pluck out every last freaking stray hair. the wax they use is awesome and barely hurts. i got my underarms waxed on my first visit and didn't even flinch. the girls at the front desk are super nice. they inform you of their packages and products...they don't overly sell you or try and pressure you into buying anything. i highly recommend going to Leah. she's awesome! read more

I don't like going anywhere else now :) Their products and waxing style are also great for my sensitive skin and the staff are really great about explaining their products as well. I do suggest calling ahead when booking an appointment because their appointments tend to book up fast. Came here for my first ever Brazilian wax (several months ago). As is common with first timers, I was a bit nervous about the procedure but I could not be happier with my over all experience; Ana is the absolute best. Before we started she explained the entire waxing process to me, and continued to do so during each step of the process. I am a very ticklish/jumpy person, but she was very good at putting me at ease throughout the entire appointment. The results were fantastic; Ana is very thorough in her work and attentive to detail. I was at this facility recently and the experience was awful. As I waited for my turn, I listened to this woman with blonde hair yelling and cursing at the computer in the office. She was very obnoxious. Needless to say I am appalled at how unprofessional and rude this staff member was. I asked one of the waxers who she was and I was told she was the "manager"!! I am so thankful I didn't end up bringing my little one with me. I certainly will not be returning to this facility!!!! read more
