The motorcycle I was looking for was available at a dealership near me, but talking to those who ride often and have had experience with many dealerships... they all said to go to Eurotek in OKC. I am glad I did! The bike was what I wanted. The paperwork was absolutely effortless. James and Alex in sales were no pressure, yet very attentive to my questions. The parts and service have also been great. I had a little issue with the bike (warranty work) and they worked with me to pick the bike up and deliver it back to me, which is really going above and beyond the normal scope of what a dealership does. Had cash to buy a motorcycle came into she showroom after looking at it to ask some questions. Sales was more interested in their phones and wouldn't even look up to answer my questions. I asked who I was supposed to talk to they said is and looked back down at their phones. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Poor poor customer service. read more

Multiple issues from this servicer of motorcycles. They had my bike for over a week. Replaced a hose and installed a tank bag. I also requested that they wire in a phone charger for me. When I picked up my bike, I had to pay almost $900. The price is not the problem. I realize that they charge more for their work than others. I assumed that since they charge more, I would get impeccable service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. Over the course of a week they had my bike listed under the wrong name and number and told me they had been calling for several days. Obviously I couldn't respond because they were calling the wrong number. Although they did fix my brake concern and install a tank bag. They did not even try to connect my phone charger. After I had paid, I went to go find my bike and go home. When I noticed that my phone charger had not been connected. I went back inside to ask them about it. For the first few minutes, they acted like they didn't understand what I was talking about. But, then they told me that they didn't know if it was possible or not. And they would have to remove the gas tank to even see if it was possible. That it would take a couple of hours and therefore $400 just to find out. I find it hard to believe that their trained technicians don't know how to connect accessories to motorcycles that they've been trained to repair. Please just know that premium billing does not mean premium service with these folks!!! read more

I do not understand the negative comments, probably people who think buying a bike is just like a car, it's not. I'm on my 5th Triumph, three bought at Eurotek (mostly as a year round commuter)- never had anything but super-friendly five star treatment from sales, finance, service, & parts. The sales guys are awesome, helpful and knowledgable. HOWEVER, they wouldn't seep the bike unless I used BMW finacing and they had a SHIT loan with a balloon payment tied to it at the end. Then, the finance gal added a bunch of bs fee's. I called her out and she removed them. The bike was discounted $4.6k with rebates and incentives. Then, I was called back to re-sign loan docs because the finance gal didn't give the Eurotek the rebates and incentives; I didn't get the rebates, the dealership did. This place is shady AF, buyer beware. read more

I live in Houston Texas and just purchased a K1600GT from Eurotek in Oklahoma City. First of all their price was great, but then the phenomenal service I received was unheard of for most dealerships. The bike I bought was AS IS and it did have an issue not detected by the dealership. With one phone call the issue was resolved and I could not be any happier. This dealer will not work on my R1150r 2005 because it is over 10 years old. BMW motorcycles are built to last much longer than this however this bmw dealer says they don't work on them because they cannot get parts. This is a lie and they really are pathetic to have this attitude. Should we just trash our bike since they are getting old? It only has 20k miles! Practically a baby in BMW terms. I bought a use 2020 Triumph Speedmaster from Eurotek last winter. I live in Vermont so I did not use the bike until 6 months after I received it. The good news is they were delightful to deal with - responding promptly to my questions and helped find a very reasonable transport from their shop to Vermont. The bike had about 3,000 miles and was still under factory warranty - and they claimed to have done a thorough review of the bike. Once it was riding weather, I really enjoyed riding the Triumph - it had the power & torque I wanted, was light and toss able to handle the mountain roads I love to ride. No issues at all. But it always seemed to be pulling a bit to the right - not enough tomato me really question it as all bikes are a little different - but then, I needed a new tire and when I took it into my mechanic, he noticed that the front forks and handlebars were bent. Hence the pulling to the right - and clearly not really save to ride. After contacting Eurotek, they took no responsibility whatsoever for selling a bike that had clearly been in an accident without disclosure. Had they checked it out like they said, they are either incompetent or flat our lied. In either case, I was left with an expensive repair. After discussions going up the chain at Eurokek to the GM, they finally did agree to sell me the parts at a discount - and frankly, they did continually follow up on parts that had to come from UK. But I do suggest that anyone buying a used bike from Eurotek get a pre purchase inspection if they want to make sure they are getting what they are being sold. Just saying. Alan Newman read more

I would like to start out with I have been a customer at EuroTek for over 5 years and have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership. I know mostly everyone who works here and/or has worked at this location, and they know me. Terry, Kelley, and Amber have always been extremely nice and helpful towards me. Now, I would like to get into why this dealership deserves a 1 star rating. I made a deal to sell my Panigale V4 S with the owner/general manager AC Spencer contingent on he would give me a "great deal" on new front brake rotors for my Monster 1200, and he did not honor this deal we made. I brought my Monster in a couple months ago to get the yearly service done and have a recall resolved associated with the rear brake line. I attempted to contact AC through the service manager in order to determine what he had in mind for the front rotors for my Monster and after several attempts to contact him, he told the service manager that he would give me a measly 10% off. 10% is NOT a "great deal." I contacted him through email to express he needed to follow through on our original agreement and was greeted with AC's throbbing ego. I will be contacting BMW and Ducati to file complaints. If you ever do business with this dealership make sure you are prepared when you deal with the owner/GM. AC is a certified clown, and his customer service is absolute trash. read more

I lost the fork lock key to my triumph Bonneville. Eurotek tried to get me to pay $600 to replace the entire lock assembly to get a new key. Rather than go this route I had the lady order me a disc lock for roughly $30 and have it shipped to my house. Apparently they don't know the size of the holes in triumph rotors because the holes were too small for the disc lock. I have been told from multiple people that you can contact triumph with the vin number to order a new key. Since Eurotek failed me in every aspect on securing my bike I contacted triumph directly. They told me all I have to do is contact the dealer and submit a dealer request form. I contacted the dealer and told them of their mistakes and they were not happy about it. They wouldn't fill out the key request form with the vin for me. This will be the last time I ever do business with them. In short, they tried to manipulate me for $600 to replace the entire fork lock assembly, when I declined they shipped a fork lock that doesn't fit the caliper, then they proceeded to decline to submit a key request form. All of this after I gave them a smooth $1,000 for basic repairs. Take your money somewhere else, these people are either absolutely incompetent and clueless or scammers. read more

My wife and I went in knowing what bikes we were interested in. Andrew was great to work with and knowledgeable about the bikes. Ryan was super helpful and always courteous. No problems test riding any of the bikes I asked about either. All the guys and girls working there were great to be around and nobody complained about staying an extra 2 hours just to make sure we were happy and got all the info we needed to make the purchase. I bought a 2016 Harley Street Glide less than a week ago. I was happy with the service up to the point of sale. Amber who did the paperwork was pleasant to work with and got everything done even though she had to stay a little past closing, since I came from Tulsa and got there just as they were closing. But then, on my ride to work the 2nd day that I drove it, I started having an issue with the throttle. It happened 3 times before I finally decided to call Eurotek and see what they would do to help me. Since I didn't buy the extended warranties that they offered, I was basically told that if they had to work on it, that I would have to pay for it. I get that it was sold without a warranty, but you would think that if someone has an issue within the first week (actually the first 3 days) that they would want to make that right. If I owned a business, I would. So, take that for what it's worth. Buy the warranty, or you're on your own as soon as you drive it off of the lot. read more

Dropped the bike off for some quick maintenance. The service department guys were awesome! They let me know that the work would take about 45 minutes, so I decided to hang out at the shop while they took care of the monster. Everyone in the shop was friendly and there was a great selection of bikes and gear to browse while I waited. The service guys got the bike buttoned up in less than 30 minutes and everything looked great! Top notch shop! Will definitely go back next time the monster needs work! read more

I contacted the dealership this morning through the website to make in inquiry on a used bike starting at 9:30 this morning. The inquiry was responded to very quickly, the staff transferred me to Ryan a sale manager, at 10:10 Ryan sent me a worksheet with price reduction on the bike, breakdown on all the information about the bike and monthly payments. By 11:30 I had reviewed the offer sent by Ryan and countered with my offer. Ryan almost immediately responded by saying he received the offer and he would see what he could do for me. Ryan asked that I give a little time to review with management. After giving Ryan from 11:30 to after 2:20 I went back on the website instant chat and reported Ryan had not gotten back with me. Again, the internet staff responded quickly and Ryan responded by saying that someone else has already made an offer on the bike. I quickly picked up the phone to call Ryan and say "what the hell" Ryan proceeded to tell me someone else made an offer and it was more than mine. He also reported they are short staffed, and he didn't know someone else was working a deal on the bike. Really!, this is something you could find out in 10seconds. What a disappointment, wasting all my time, i had already secured funding by lending institution and was ready to make a purchase, but it was clear to me that Ryan was more interested in the higher offer, before getting back with me. what a crappy way to treat customers read more

Had some work done on my bike (20,000 mi service). I was missing a front fairing latch and I let the tech know. When I got my bike and my bill the tech had zip tied the fairing in place and charged me 5 dollars for the the job. Not the kind of quality work that I would expect. Total rip off!!! read more

took my triumph Bonneville to eurotek for a carb leaking small amount of gas on right side. simple fix to replace float and needle/seat on right carb. Was given an initial estimate of $234. more than two weeks later my bike was returned to me with a $417 repair bill; they charged me $120 to replace orings which would have been changed doing the work anyway. I called eurotek repeatedly and was told they would call me back (repeatedly) to resolve the issue. They never called back to resolve the bill. Not only that, but I brought my bike to them clean and with a half tank of gas. When the mechanic brought my bike out to me it was filthy and had almost no gas in the tank. The bike was starving for gas when he handed me the keys. Take your bike to them at your own risk! They are not to be trusted! read more
