Completed oil change, front and rear brakes/rotors with brake flush. Prices seemed fair and competitive or better than a dealership that tries to tag on every little thing. Costco discount program was honored and service was quick for pickup/dropoff. Given an oil change discount keycard and car was pulled up for me by them at pickup. I'll be back!

Jeremy and Jackson pulled our oil and showed us that even with the light (which they say was just the car letting us know that the mileage dictated an oil change), the oil was clean, and that the most we needed was a top up. They gave us that top up for FREE, and were upfront about what we did and didn't need. Fantastic service, very fast, and super nice people working there. Highly recommend!!

When I described the problem to a staff member, he stated I'd have to go to the dealership, based on what I had described to him over the phone. Without going into great detail, he wouldn't even consider that the problem could be handled by 6 to 6 without having to take it to a dealership. I expected him to offer to have me bring it in so they could at least look at it, but he seemed unwilling to have 6 to 6 even attempt to resolve the issue. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service from a shop I'd been relying on for years. I've found a new repair shop, but I'm really sorry to have to end my customer relationship with 6 to 6 Auto Service. Perhaps they can afford to lose customers over the poor customer service provided by one employee who apparently doesn't understand how to accommodate a client.
