After my first post, with no response from the business on either Yelp or Google, I was informed by a friend that the magazines that I had been waiting for over two months to get were available at the store for pickup. I was NOT notified by the store. However, these were not from the mfr since they were in new off the rack boxes. When I texted the store GM, Felix, they promptly stated "Just to let you know, Bullseye Bills no longer wants to serve you as a customer." (See attached). I had been a patron of this store, both the current owner and previous owner, for nearly 18 years. I am retired from the US Army, I served this country on 6 continents and have fought in multiple combat theaters to be told by a veteran owned business that because I posted my concerns about the challenges I faced with the store's customer service practices it apparently offended them so much I am not allowed to continue to shoot or purchase anything from them. More importantly, the GM stated to me that I didn't tell the whole truth in my post. He said I was given a large discount for the items but in truth, many of the life members and non-life members of the previous store have been given additional discounts, based on the volume of items purchased in the store. When I asked for the replacement magazine for the first item, the recognition of the discount was not mentioned and when I bought the firearm, the reciprocal discount for the missing magazine was not mentioned. Furthermore, the seller also mentioned that he would notify the GM and was surprised that after two months of not receiving the magazine. Additionally, as a life member of the original store, we were allowed to continue to shoot for free without any direction on when our life member service would be terminated. Again, I told the truth, expressed my 1st amendment RIGHT of the freedom of speech and now I'm banned without compensation for my life membership. Is this a real gun store for all people or just one that doesn't care about veterans or the Bill of Rights?

Both Kenneth and Addison are great to work with and have a fast turnaround time with questions, also by far best prices in town, much better than other local gun stores in Aiken.
