The staff was doing a great job getting items stocked while we were there and kept ringing the bell as they brought out stuff from the back room. They had a good selection of clothing, home goods, and furniture. They had a sweet wooden filing cabinet that I wanted to buy, but someone had just beat me to it. The staff was nice, but checking out was slow with one cashier and a line of people.

They have a good set-up- there's lots of stuff but it's well organized. We found a Blokus To Go two player game for only $2 which was exciting because we had received the XL version for Christmas and are obsessed with it. They had some large pieces of art work for $20 or less which I thought was a really good deal. Tons of clothes, glass ware, plates, etc. I would say the only thing they are lacking is a decent book section. If you're looking for books, the best section I've seen is at the Goodwill on Ashley Phosphate. I will be back for sure since I'm always near this shopping center.

I came to Exchange Factor three times this week and it was worth it. I ended up with two dope suit jackets. The service is top notch. Everyone is really kind and chill. Joan, the owner, is amazing. I spoke with Joan a couple of times and she took the time to describe what items she likes to buy from people. The atmosphere is fun with tons of good music playing. Saturday was real fun with lots of folks shopping, but even with several folks shopping people are chill. This isn't Goodwill and you aren't going to find boring pieces here. You'll pay a bit more but it's value buys that will lead to good looks. Charleston is very lucky to have Joan and Exchange Factor.
