Zero Communication , very Unprofessional, Waste of time. i do not recommend. weak representation and lack of respect for others. Traffic ticket with Harris County Police Dept. My police officer always showed up, but my lawyer, Patrick, kept pushing for a dismissal. He always showed up and discussed matters and what we could do. 2 years later, we finally got the dismissal! (Just make sure to show up on time for court each time.) This attorneys charge me extra for filing a reset motion and he is filing a motion because of invalid reason which makes the judge more angry! Last year I had good experience with them but this year I see their rating comes down and the quality of their work reduced dramatically! They are not trustworthy anymore! After coming home from work one March night , I know HCSO has a presence in the nighborhood around Wortham and Eldridge. I come to the 4 way and STOP briefly look left and right and proceed. I see something to the left about 30-40 yards back of the stop sign, a SUV with lights off, as proceed I get lit up. I felt it was bull***,  "every things a nail when your a hammer" type situation. I had an awesome experience with Euestler Law Firm,  a local office with ties and great knowledge of the municipalities in the wide area. Communication was great via email and phone, the staff seem to be all on the same page as I worked with a few different employees. The fees are very reasonable. Well when my husband told me that he had outstanding traffic tickets I was unsure how to start. He didn't have copies, couldn't remember how many, what county, you name it, all I knew was that he had tickets. I emailed Michelle and about a week later I received a response. She did some researching and I was told he had 10 warrants...yipes! But luckily she gave me the number to a mobile bail bonds company which actually comes to you, very convenient. After lifting the warrants and hiring Eustler Law Firm it's been pretty straightforward. I did find their prices to be slightly higher than other traffic attorney options but not excessive. However, all this is listed on their website so they are upfront about the costs. Several phone, email, and mail communications to ensure we know what to expect at the courthouse, what to bring, how to dress and address the judge, which I found to be very informative, as we have never dealt with traffic court in Texas. My husband drove to the courthouse and arrived early as told to do so. The attorney assigned called his name, explained what would happen, etc. My husband said that approximately 3/4 of the people there had lawyers and it definitely was a good decision to have one in case your doubting hiring one it was worth an instant dismissal. Eutsler Law Firm was successful in both instances: "CASE DISMISSED" twice! I was on the 8am docket, and out of court by 9:30am; both times. No court fees (zero) or blemishes on my driving record. Eutsler is experienced and offers exemplary customer service. Prior to your court date: email + phone call + physical letter indicating court date / time, court room number, and useful recommendations, i.e. dress code and driving directions. The staff goes beyond the call of duty to keep you informed - maximizing your success. Side note: Attorney Eustler's daughter, Michelle, is the Office Manager. For me, that's an added bonus because I support family-owned businesses. In closing, traffic tickets are another form of taxation on the working class. So I hired this firm based off of the good reviews that I saw on Yelp. After my court date and the incompetent service I received from Toni Urgueto, this law firm is horrible. The lawyer, Toni, didn't even call out names to see if all of the defendants were in the court. I had to ask the bailiff if she was the one from Eutsler law firm. When she picked up my file, she sighed heavily like I was inconvenience to her.. She took my file back to the prosecution and dropped it off. She did not speak with anyone, she came out and kept working with the person ahead of me. So when she comes back with the "deal", it's the standard cookie cutter deal that everyone else received... with was $14.00 off of the original ticket total??? Seriously!!!!! So I find out after the fact, she (Toni) used to work in Oakridge North as a Prosecutor... If this isn't the biggest conflict of interest.. She was not working in my best interest, she was not helping me get the best deal possible. She was helping her friends get conventions... Wow! I received two speeding citation's back to back and thought I was doomed. I contacted this law firm and they were very efficient, cordial, and took care of matters so professionally. Sadly, I've had a lot of experience with Michelle Eutsler. I got three tickets in a 12 month period. That was the bad news. The good news for me was I found Eutsler Law Firm. Michelle made me feel at ease throughout the process, explained my options, and kept me completely informed along the way. Results aside (bc results aren't guaranteed and vary by case), my experience was five stars. As for my three tickets, I did defensive driving for one, the second was deferred for 90 days and dismissed, and the third (which was a double moving violation) was dismissed completely at court. Three tickets, zero insurance increases. Based on those results, I'd give Michelle and her team another five stars. Hope you have similar results if you choose to go with Michelle. Okay, so I would normally never go to this law firm because I love Sullo & Sullo but I went to the south side place courthouse and they were pretty much my only option. I had court for a speeding ticket. First off, the lawyer forgot about me, went home and then had to come back so I was stuck waiting for him for 2 hours. Very unprofessional. Then, I had an option to view my speeding ticket video, and I did and I was not even speeding. I feel like the lawyer should have viewed it before hand to set up his argument, but they didn't. The ticket ended up getting dismissed, but it was so annoying to have to deal with. The only reason I gave two stars was because the lawyer was very nice. They told me what I could expect at the beginning and they accomplished that. I can't ask for more. Apparently Texas doesn't have the same standard of every other jurisdiction I've lived in where your ticket is dismissed if the officer doesn't show up - you have to go to jury trial to get that standard (sketchy and a waste of taxpayer resources, but out of my control). That made things trickier and I didn't want the ticket to go on my record so I hired these guys to make a deal for me rather than trying it myself since I didn't qualify for deferred adjudication from the outset. They got me deferred and kept the ticket off my record and court costs were about what the ticket cost would have been. read more

I totally agree with MsAshley N. The attorney does not do anything that you cannot do yourself. For my case, he simply waited for the hope that the corp would not show up. And then the corp showed up. He just persuaded me and another client not to go to trial. This is fine since the chance of winning is low (I heard that in Texas the corp has no responsibility to prove you are guilty.) But the way he acted was very impatient. He spoke with the quickest way he could to tell you the cost of the two options. I could hardly catch what he said and he was very impatient to explain anything to me. I saw many people go to the court without using an attorney. And the court personnel even explained the options to them more carefully than this attorney. What's more, he did not pay any effort to recognize you when your name is called by the court. He simply took your file. He even mistakenly put one client's file on the stack of no-show case. That person waited until the end and it was the court personnel who found this mistake. The attorney did not give any apology. Never use this attorney. Just plea yourself if your ticket is not serious (of course I have no experience with severe case). read more

I had my case re scheduled 3 times . First day in court was not so great. It started with a conversation about my case with my attourney. He said that the officer has not signed in and that there was no sign of him. I was like great. So five hours went by and still bo sign of my attourney. After a brief recess my attourney was still a no show. And so was the police officer. Finally the judge got fed up on waiting ,and summond the remaing attourneys to the room because it was late. And there were only 5 people in the court room. Later i was faced with a diffrent attourney claiming that the officer just got there and he is not willing to cooperate, and I had three choices pay the fine with probation, re schedule because the judge wanted to move forward with her day, or pay fine and defensive driving. I chose to re schedule my case . Day two same thing again there was no sign of the officer in the court room same chat that i had with the attourney same result officer showes up late again. Long story short there was little to no communication with my attourney, and at the end i ended up paying $154 and plus what i payed for the service $120.00 before the court date . I basically payed $254 in total Plus defensive driving . One of my co workers went to citizen law firm for the same thing a speeding ticket he only payed $50 and got his ticket dismissed because the police was no where to be found. My thing is why must my attorney wait for an officer who was clearly tardy and did not signed in on time. And why was i not given the right to a speedy trial. The first day i was in court for almost 8 hours waiting on that officer till he finally showed up, and with in those eight hours i only saw my attourney twice with no updates. To me this was a costly mistake hiring this law firm. Next time i will just represent my self in court ,or get a more agressive attorney. This felt more like a scam to me. read more
