You can throw away all the junk attorney advertisements that are mailed to you after you get a ticket. Instead, contact David. It's so easy to work with his office. Just take a pic of your ticket and email it. You never have to call or wait on hold to talk to anyone, and you don't have to go in person to an office. Everything is done by email, just be sure to show up on the court date that he will set for you. With David, 90% of the time he will be the actual attorney representing you in person. (He has 40 years of experience). With other firms that send the junk mailers, you'll get some fresh out of law school fill-in attorney. I posted this on Google and Sprecher's other Yelp page but it's worth repeating: I received a speeding ticket, and hired Mr. Sprecher to defend me due to his supposed good track record at getting these cases dismissed. Mr. Sprecher took my case, but then last week did not show up to the court date. The replacement lawyer he sent in his stead was the last attorney in the court (after I was told to arrive 30 minutes early), told me he'd "see what he could do" about my case, and then proceeded to leave the court for close to 2.5 hours and had to be paged back to return. I ended up being the last case resolved for the day, long after the other law firms' clients had gotten to leave. When my attorney finally did return, he basically told me nothing could be done to resolve my case, other than taking traffic school or deferred disposition, which are the two options afforded me had I just taken care of the ticket myself. From listening in to the other cases, other law firms were arranging deals to get cases dismissed, or at a minimum moved down to non-moving violations so the clients don't have to be on a 3 month probationary period or do driving school. The replacement lawyer didn't even entertain my idea of arguing that I had already gone 8 months without another ticket to get the probationary period waived, I guess because that would have required him to do SOMETHING that day that resembled work. After all that, the firm refused to refund me my money I paid for my "representation". Long story short, I paid for legal representation I didn't receive, and wasted 3+ hours of my life in court when I could have gotten the same outcome by just using the resources at my disposal initially to take care of the ticket. All in all, I would have been better off representing myself, which is not why you hire a professional. In short, if you get a ticket, take your business to Sullo or Kubosh. in May 2010, Attorney David Sprecher represented me and, praise God, we won that civil court case. I had been falsely accused and even sought to sue my accusers thereafter. Davis S Sprecher and Associates, P.C. is an Attorney that specializes in traffic court cases. I was issued a citation for speeding on 06/05/2018 by the Harris County Sheriff's Office and had a court date set for 07/17/2018. I contacted Sprecher & Associates on 06/08/2018 for representation in court and a mere four minutes later my email was responded to by Kathy who told me the fee for representation would be $100.00 and upon my authorization, I would be sent a PayPal invoice for services. I sent the authorization and received the PayPal invoice which I then paid on 06/08/2018. On 07/23/2018 I contacted Kathy at Sprecher & Associates and asked about the status of my court date to which Kathy responded by saying that a new court date had not been set at the present time and that I would be notified when a court date was set. On 05/13/2019 I was sent a 'Notice of Non-Appearance" from the Harris County Sheriff's Office stating that I had missed my court date and an arrest warrant had been issued for my arrest. Since Sprecher & Associates can be contacted through email, phone, and text message, I tried daily to reach out to Sprecher & Associates for two weeks without a single response from them. Ultimately, on 05/26/2019, I decided to pay the fine of $201.50 for the Failure to Appear charge instead of risk going to jail. On 07/03/2019 I received an email from Kathy stating that I had a court date and it was scheduled for 12/19/2019. After showing up for the court docket at Sprecher & Associates request and meeting with the representative from Sprecher & Associates, more than six months after I had paid the fine for Failure to Appear, I find the case has been disposed of since 05/26/2019 when I paid the fine. After leaving the courthouse, I called Kathy and left a voicemail for her to call me. Kathy text me that she was very sorry and can't understand how something like this could happen. I requested a refund for the $201.50 Failure to Appear charges to which she only agreed to refund the $100.00 PayPal services fee. Kathy stated that since the amount of time that had expired, PayPal would not be able to reverse the charges and a check would need to be sent to my home address. After three reminders to send the refund check to my house, I gave up and decided that the best course of action would be to inform the Better Business Bureau so that others don't get swindled by Kathy and/or Sprecher & Associates. read more

I spoke to him for two minutes prior to judge getting in. He didn't make any effort in getting it dismissed. He was distracted by all his other cases he had. Do not use him. Sad part, I used him before and he was awesome and very helpful. He must be tired of doing this. Was referred to Atty Sprecher by 2 persons who had success with him previously. Received a speeding and expired registration -out of state- ticket in July 2018. After contacting him on the day I was supposed to appear in court, and having to reschedule my court dates twice due to conflictions with work, he met me this morning at the court house. My fines would have been in excess of $600, but he was bale to negotiate the dismissal of the speeding violation and the registration fine reduced! My out of pocket was $111.00 and I only paid the nominal, initial fee to him. His professionalism, courtesy, and good reputation within the legal system resulted in a single mother of 2 who works like crazy to make ends meet be able to walk away with an unblemished record and a lot more left in the bank than anticipated.
