A salesperson was not there but we left our request and desired carpet pick. We were called that Tuesday and they came out to do measurements. It was a quick and efficient process. They ordered the carpet and installed it the following week. We are very pleased with the results! Prentice just finished a job for me. It was a 4x8 bathroom and I thought it was going to be a good,…read morequick experience because he was able to come right over and give me an estimate. It was quite the opposite. It was absolutely the worst "company" I have worked with. He told me he'd be at my house a certain time and would show up hours late, like 5 hours. He kept saying he was on his way and then an hour later he'd show up. He left in the middle of the job with all his equipment in my front yard and around my bathroom for hours. So he came 5 hours late, worked for an couple hours and then left for a few hours, came back and worked until 8:30 at night. Came 5 hours late again the next day, stayed an hour, and left for 4 hours then came back to "finish" the job. He left my whole house very, very dusty so I had to wash all by bedding and clean all my walls and vacuum, I'm talking DUSTY. He left us without a toilet the whole time with 5 people in the house, including a 5 year old a 3 year old for almost two days and overnight. Didn't install the bullnose as baseboard and still charged me the same amount. Very unprofessional and unreliable!! A nightmare to work with!!
