I had 2 ladies arrive on time and cleaned for 4 hours, which says a lot about their tidiness when I had already tried to make everything as easy as possible for them by clearing out all the toys, clutter, etc. What really stood out with RCC is that they had a field manager arrive right after the cleaners had left to check up on their work and tidy up anything they may have missed. I truly appreciate the great customer service, which is so rare nowadays. I look forward to scheduling my future maintenance cleanings and hope the great work will stay consistent.

There was visible dust on multiple blinds still, dust on a couple of light fixtures, coffee table bottom area extremely dusty, a few baseboards not dusted, etc... The business reached out to see how the service went and they were on it immediately to fix it. They sent another set of people a few days later with 1 of them being one of the same people from before. I walked them around, showed them the spots missed and they took care of it. We had told them up front to not bother with dusting all of the little trinkets and items we have on shelves because there's a lot and some of them are fragile. They offered to discount our bill the amount the geode cost, but then they apparently forgot and didn't do that. The second time they sent out a completely different cleaning crew so we had to show them around the house all over again and explain where everything was. They cleaned and left, again did an ok job, nothing particularly good or bad. Then we got an email saying that they wouldn't be back to clean for us. The reason they gave was that their cleaners are all Catholic or Christian and felt uncomfortable in our home.
