Irina refused to treat me because I had filler in my face, even though it wasn't in the area I wanted her to inject. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly mentioned that the Groupon price was "just a gift" to the customer, which struck me as odd since I'm familiar with Groupon and know how it works. Irina's tone was rude and abrasive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. She then called Bobby-the manager to confirm that I wouldn't be treated that day, suggesting I come back when I no longer had fillers in my face. The manager offered me a "rain check" to return in a few months. While I understand that the provider has a right to refuse treatment, and I appreciated the offer, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy, and in the end, I decided not to return. The energy of the place didn't feel right, and given the many other options available, I believe there are better places where customers are treated with more respect and professionalism. It's always better to go to places where you feel valued and comfortable!
