"When Groupons and Treatment don't mix" can be the name of my review... I visited this spa over a year ago. I had a Groupon for a treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Irina refused to treat me because I had filler in my face, even though it wasn't in the area I wanted her to inject. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly mentioned that the Groupon price was "just a gift" to the customer, which struck me as odd since I'm familiar with Groupon and know how it works. Irina's tone was rude and abrasive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. She then called Bobby-the manager to confirm that I wouldn't be treated that day, suggesting I come back when I no longer had fillers in my face. The manager offered me a "rain check" to return in a few months. While I understand that the provider has a right to refuse treatment, and I appreciated the offer, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy, and in the end, I decided not to return. The energy of the place didn't feel right, and given the many other options available, I believe there are better places where customers are treated with more respect and professionalism. It's always better to go to places where you feel valued and comfortable! read more

I have been coming here for four years and absolutely love Irena. She is so sweet and so great with her Botox magic.

This place loves to waste time of their clients. I had read a good number of reviews stating that they have turned away patients because they aren't "good candidates" for whatever it was they were being seen for, which is a little odd to see in reviews. And if that happens a few times, it's understandable. But it happened to me as well, and my face is in no way botched or heavily altered. It seems to be a heavy theme at this practice. I've seen other great practitioners who have never once told me I would be unfit for any type of aesthetic procedure at all, and that's what I was told yesterday. I think it's likely they don't like to use their injectable products at a discounted price, so if you have a Groupon or any lower cost service, that may be the reason this keeps happening... But then don't offer discounted services. The practitioner could have offered some other service she felt would fit for me, but that didn't happen. Instead, she spoke down to me as though I am a child (in my late 30s) and wasted my time. Everyone's time is valuable, and people take off work and such to make these appointments. And although they refunded my purchase cost, two and a half hours of a busy Thursday wasted for no reason. I'm sure Irina would not have appreciated a client coming in and wasting two and a half hours if she weren't being paid for it. If you're going to regularly turn down clients, then ask them to send in photos and what they're looking to do BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. Will not be returning, and I advise anyone else not waste their time here either. read more

I prepaid for 3 hand rejuvenations. My appointment was at 4:30. They said it was at 5 and left me waiting for no reason, the tech was walking around, I left after being treated VERY RUDE. I had 2 previous hand rejuvenation treatments prior, they did NOTHING! I had lip filler and it made my upper lip look more wrinkled than before. I got my lips plumped with juvederm XC Ultra and the lines in between my eyes softened with same stuff. Irina is great. She knows what she's doing. I had to go in for a minor touch up after my lips were done, but that happens. Lips are not symmetrical by nature, so some tweaking may need to be done. I am happy with the outcome. Place is clean. Office staff is great. They are following covid guidelines. Highly recommend. read more

I was nervous to try this place because of the bad reviews, but everything was from a couple years ago so I thought I'd give them a shot. I didn't have any issues with scheduling, as many people mentioned, and I was even able to reschedule when I needed to without a problem. I came here because they have evening hours a couple days per week, which I think is helpful. You cannot find their hours on their website, so I called to ask for them. I'd like to put them here in case it helps anyone out: Sunday/Monday closed, Tues through Thurs 11-7, Friday 11-5, Saturday 11-3. I came early for my appointment but I did wait a little past my time to be brought back. Once I was in the room, I didn't wait very long until Barbara came and explained my procedure to me. I came for laser hair removal of the full Brazilian area. I heard the area was very painful, and in my experience it was uncomfortable to say the least. When I had laser hair removal done elsewhere, they used a cooling fan and ultrasound gel to help cool the area. En Vogue only used the fan, no gel. I am not sure if it has to do with the area lasered, or if it's just how En Vogue does it. The discomfort lasted until I got back to my car. I will continue to update this review based on my results and future experiences. read more

Immediately called and booked my apt-and was able to be seen about 3 weeks later, which in my opinion is a good sign-too many open apts means issues.... Anywhos-Irina is amazing. I got really comfortable with my 1st laser tech & I wanted to keep her. Nice Muslim lady I think she was. She made the process for me so much easier & comfortable. I was really disappointed that my next appointments wouldn't be booked with her because of a reason unknown. I was told she was on vacation & then just never saw her again. So that was very unsettling for me. That was my girl! But, anyway they gave me a new tech & she is just as pleasant. I'm comfortable with her & she's quick + efficient. I absolutely love my results. When i went in to discuss a doctor informed me that the vein removal lazer could not have caused semi permanent swelling under my eye. But I know what i know. I was gifted a Groupon for laser hair removal (underarms) and I couldn't have chosen a better medi-spa. I always arrive 10-15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I rarely wait 5 minutes to be called back. I've been treated by 3 different employees, whom were all very nice, but I stuck with Lina! She is amazing and very informative! Not to mention, I've seen such a huge difference in the hair growth and discoloration of my underarms. I had a 1PM appointment. I was worried I was running about 5 minutes behind with the traffic. The office was open...but the lights were out. Someone had clearly unlocked the place, but no one was there. I called the owner and Vera was supposed to do my laser treatment. The owner said she would call me back. I'm shocked at the bad reviews, they don't sound real honestly, so i'll fill you in on my experience. I purchased a Groupon a few months back for 2 IPL rosacea treatments. Due to covid, I was unable to use them at the time but was able to have my first one last week. The office is clean, well maintained, the front desk staff is friendly and wearing appropriate PPE at all times. They have you wait in your vehicle until it is time to be seen, then you are the only one in the waiting room while you are talking to the front desk staff. They take you back into the room and the process is quick, painless and comfortable. I worked with Lina(sp?) and she was incredibly nice and professional, she recommended products to me in a helpful, non-pushy way. I was so impressed with the spa, I can't wait to go back for my next treatment in July! read more

The consultative process was the most informative, educated, professional and caring meeting I have ever had with a provider of injectable services to date. Tattoo removal with them was terrible. 6 sessions and nothing but scarring. I ended up having a consultation today with a new doctor and they used a laser for color removal and only waited a month in between sessions resulting in scarring. Highly do not recommend. Oh dear what can I say, this place is not the best place to get a facial. The technician was professional and her touch was great, however the towels they had to use on my face felt rough and afterwards noticed they were old stained wash cloths. They do not even provide a body wrap of any kind. The room was dated as it had this awful brown curtain on the wall, the table was too high, uncomfortable and that poor technician barely had any room to work in her little crowded corner. The front desk young ladies were all very pleasant, and the rest of the place looked clean, but with Covid still being an active concern, I did not care for their waiting space as it was quite small with the chairs close to one another and some people did not even wear masks. Save your money little darlings and go to a real spa or a more professional Medical Spa that cares to invest in having comfortable equipment and proper products on hand to be used on their customers. read more

This place is very shady. The lazer machine for hair removal looks to be held together with blue duct tape...not to mention the place is dirty and looks worn. They close randomly and cancel appointments, but when you cancel yours and reschedule they are rude and tell you you just didn't show up. I paid for 6 treatments but after 5 I refuse to go back. I literally walked out of my last appointment because the receptionist was so rude. Plus they make fun of you when you are in pain and call you names. Not very professional at all. read more

Even with the money I saved using a Groupon here I still wouldn't recommend it. The place is dirty. They messed up two appointments I had - not even showing up for one of them.
