This is a follow up to my previous review. I'm well aware Healthy Solutions is a Medspa. I went there for sometime because they had good reviews and I thought they were decent, convenient and I was in good hands. Well, the pictures below show you what they did to me. How wrong I was. They are all about image and not your true safe care. They are pushing these injections and that is probably why they are an top 5% Allergan Account. This tragedy would of never happened if they were knowledgable and had good ethics. Perhaps, Dr. Luciano is board certified in weight loss, but he is NOT a plastic surgeon with any privileges or affiliations to any hospitals. He was unable to biopsy or culture the damage that Nurse Staci Seneca did to me when doing these lip injections. I can not express it enough if you do decide to go to a nurse injector make sure they are working under a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist. If an accident does occur they will act promptly and be knowledgable and guide you to a solution before it's irreversible. Finally, I am sharing my story because to this day I am still suffering terribly. If what I learned can help even one person, then I didn't suffer in vein. Search google on how all the top surgeons warn people how important it is who you let do these procedures. I'm living proof! read more

I have been a loyal patient/customer for five years and an experience I had today explains why. My husband and I are at a lovely spa and I had a facial to relax. At the end, the aesthetician told me that she rarely sees such good skin. She was also direct that she could see a history to my skin and that it wasn't always like this, but that I have come out on the other side and need to remain committed to my routine. She is absolutely right about the history. I did not have great skin for many years, and honestly did not know how to take care of it. Ashley is my main aesthetician at Healthy Solutions, and I have also been seen by Dr. Luciano and Marcia. Ashley put me on a routine of regular facials (I am now doing BBL and clear and brilliant and both have shown visible results,) and a curated like of products (cleanser, vitamin c, sunscreen, moisturizer, tretonoin) and my skin has just awakened. I feel happy, confident and just great. Nothing could make me leave Healthy Solutions, and if you are reading this and are looking for a medspa to commit to, this is the only one I would recommend. In addition to the clinical expertise, the staff is just lovely to be around and form relationships with. Inna and Dr. Luciano have built a team that loves what they do. I had an amazing Hydra Facial with Ashley yesterday. As soon as you walk into Healthy Solutions the girls at the front desk are so warm and welcoming! During my facial Ashley made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! My skin feels so soft and it looks amazing. I hate to be the downer here, but I did not have a great experience at this location. I was treated by Staci, and she was extremely aggressive in her approach, over-injected, and also tried to pawn off additional treatments on me immediately after my first appointment. I did not return. read more
