The treatment rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable lighting, minimal clutter, relaxing music at just the right volume, and temperature-controlled massage tables that can be adjusted to your preference. Kameron was attentive, professional, and highly skilled. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and tension and adjusted her technique accordingly. What stood out most was that she truly delivered a full 60-minute massage, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other establishments. You'll certainly find less expensive massage options in the Appleton area, but in my experience, Inspire Spa stands out for both the quality of the massage and the overall customer experience. Near the beginning of the massage the woman used to elbow to get at a "knot" in my mid back, it was very painful and I said it was too hard and said "stop" I even moved my hand back behind me for her to stop. She replied "no, it will feel better when I'm done". Well several hours later tonight I am in much much more pain than when I went in. I looked at my back and it is very bruised which I did not have before going in. If a client tells you to stop because you are hurting them you need to stop!
