As for the guy at the front desk- he's perfectly friendly, not overly talkative but I've never once seen him be rude or discourteous to a single person...I can't speak for everyone but he's perfectly agreeable in my opinion. When I called back and asked to speak to his Supervisor he informed me I would not be able to speak to anyone else and he would not allow me to waste anymore of his time and hung up on me! I am attempting to bring business to your office and arrange an appointment for a person (patient) who would be bringing money and job security to your clinic and I am hung up on and told I am wasting your time? I have made note in company data base where I also read numerous other reports over the same thing with "Jay". If the front off ice acts this way I can only assume what the physicians are like. As we all know your employees are a reflection of you. I personally will not refer or attempt to arrange another patient to go to this clinic and will use many of the other friendly and competent clinics in the area.
