When I called back and asked to speak to his Supervisor he informed me I would not be able to speak to anyone else and he would not allow me to waste anymore of his time and hung up on me! I have made note in company data base where I also read numerous other reports over the same thing with "Jay". If the front off ice acts this way I can only assume what the physicians are like. As we all know your employees are a reflection of you.
