HOWEVER he missed one major issue... TERMITES!!! There's major damage to most of the studs, bottoms sills, ceiling, and the roof collapsed in one area because of a termite infestation that my pest control claims has been there for at least 5+ years. They said it should've been very obvious that there was a termite issue. I know nothing about termites so I had no idea!!! When I called the office the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and dismissive coming up with excuses saying there must have been stuff in the way or he didn't have access to the area but that is not true and she rudely said that if there is a termite infestation why didn't we say something sooner... idk lady maybe because we paid you $575 to tell us if there were a issue! And they didn't so how the heck am I supposed to know!!! In fact I looked back on the report and found there's actually proof of the termite infestation in the pictures he sent in the report!! A GFI outlet will not fit in the wall box, so now I get to replace the box behind drywall ,rewire, and install. He believed that the items the other inspector pointed out to be not meeting the city code were relatively minor and unless it was broken he would not include.
