HOWEVER he missed one major issue... TERMITES!!! There's major damage to most of the studs, bottoms sills, ceiling, and the roof collapsed in one area because of a termite infestation that my pest control claims has been there for at least 5+ years. They said it should've been very obvious that there was a termite issue. I know nothing about termites so I had no idea!!! When I called the office the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and dismissive coming up with excuses saying there must have been stuff in the way or he didn't have access to the area but that is not true and she rudely said that if there is a termite infestation why didn't we say something sooner... idk lady maybe because we paid you $575 to tell us if there were a issue!
