Along with the clips to hold the valances on were missing. After contacting the company they came to look at the damage and apologized for the poor job done and said they would fix it. Unfotunately wood blinds are not cheap to replace and when they relized that the blinds would cost more to replace than we paid for cleaning they suggested we just call it a wash and be done. And instead of fighting with them to get everything right we just agreed to this which in hindsight was a mistake.
