I would gladly pay another 300 to not have to deal with his attitude. I want someone that isnt go8ng to blame the customer when something doesnt go right. Sometimes things dont go as planned. Just make it right. Dont get pissed at your customer for bringing it to your attention and giving you the chance to make it right. That's just bad business.
