Will not honor prices they list themselves. I have made many orders with them and then I made an order off their website, and right before they are to send them they call to tell me that they made a mistake and I need to pay another 30 bucks. They had rides for 59.00 so I ordered them then after waiting 6 days they tell me that was wrong and if I want them they have to charge more. She even told me she had to call others and make them do the same. If you can't take care of your site and can't care for your customers, then you don't need to be operating. This is why people go to big online companies. Poor service and swindlers. read more

This is me and my husband first Valentine day as man and wife. He had my sister to order me flowers from Evelyn's Flowers in Midwest City 2400 S. Douglas Blvd. STE A and had them delivered to my job. The arrangement was nice but it is not what my husband ordered or what they charged him for. I received the arrangement on the left when it should have been the arrangement on the right with multi colored roses. When my sister and husband discovered that I had received the wrong bouquet, which I had no idea at the time, my sister called and spoke with Karen the owner who was very rude. So Instead of just apologizing, refunding or even just to try and correct their mess up Karen rudely told my sister "We are busy and I will just refund the money and pick up the arrangement". What in the HELLO kind of business practice is that? My husband was charged $85 for the arrangement that I did not receive and the one that I did receive definitely wasn't worth $85. And instead of rectifying her mistake by just refunding or even suggesting that they would particularly refund him since they got the order wrong but did deliver something. Instead, she sent the delivery driver back to my job to pick up the flowers with no proof that they have refunded my husband. I completely understand that this is one of the most busiest days out of the year for florists but there is absolutely no excuse for how Karen reacted to this situation. And to actually send the delivery driver back to pick up the arrangement without sending the right one? For that reason alone, me nor my family will ever patronize Evelyn's again. read more

All, Happy Valentines. Just a heads-up never to order from Teleflora. Almost every year I order flowers and Chocolates on behalf of my Dad for my Mom. My Dad past away almost 13 yrs ago and he was always a believer in Valentines Day and showered my Mom with Flowers, Candy, and fancy cards. Today, my Mom called and was tearful and Thanked me for the bouquet. I asked if she received the candy, and she said, no. I was furious so I called Teleflora and after being on hold for 15 min, I told them to credit my account. Here's the bad news, I receive a pic of the bouquet she received, and I was floored. It looked nothing like what I ordered and paid for ($125). By this time I was more than furious, I called Telefora, but the system was down and they're suppose to call me back. Bottom line, compare the pics of what I ordered and what my Mom received and let me know if you would be upset. I ordered flowers for my sister's homegoing service. I live out of town and I was hesitant to order online because of one of the reviews. I spoke with two different people. The First Lady I spoke with told me that certain flowers I wanted may not be available and she also said they were not able to send me a picture. When I called back to cancel my order I spoke with Karen. She reassured me that the flowers would be beautiful and so I did not cancel my order. The flowers were beautiful. I'm not happy at all. I ordered an arrangement for a friend online off of their website. I ordered a Victorian tea cup filled with an arrangement of roses. They called this morning to tell me that they didn't actually have tea cups and asked if I wanted the arrangement in a vase instead. I agreed because I assumed it would be the same arrangement (roses) just in a different container. My friend took a photo and posted it FB to thank me and I was shocked. The arrangement looks NOTHING like the one I ordered and paid $70 for. There are only a couple of roses and the rest are cheap flowers and mostly greens. I completely understand the container switch, but these are not the flowers I paid for. Roses are pretty standard and available. I was not impressed with the flowers and I let her know that I was not satisfied. She said well that's how they come and she wouldn't redo them. She was a bit rude about it. First of all she made them a week early by mistake and she saved that mistake till I got there. I could tell that they looked bruised and the flower glue was all over the ribbon. I am sure glad I found this out before I ordered the wedding flowers. read more

Late this Friday afternoon I learned that my uncle had passed away. He was a 94 year old WW2 veteran and the last of my father's 11 siblings to leave us. With his demise, an entire generation of our family had finally left this earth. It is only fitting to honor such a great man, beloved family member, and war hero with a beautiful floral arrangement, but much to my dismay I learned that on the Friday evening of Labor Day weekend, not a florist nor a single flower arrangement was to be found anywhere in town. Being unaware that all florists shut down on Friday afternoon and would not reopen until Tuesday came as quite an unpleasant shock, but when I called Evelyn's number there was a number to call in case of flower emergency. At first I didn't want to call, but realized that if this was exactly a flower emergency. I called the number on Saturday and Evelyn's daughter Karen was amazing. Not only did she take time out of a busy Saturday, she personally went to a supplier and then opened her shop to create an amazing and beautiful arrangement for a man who truly deserved the very best. Without Karen's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, this would not have been possible. I highly recommend Evelyns flowers to everyone. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!! I have been using evelyns for YEARS. Even when I lived in Turkey I could call and just order something for someone here in states. I have recently ordered flowers for my sons prom. We went into the store and told the ladies what we wanted and ordered them. Thinking that everything was ok and that they received the correct flowers; went the day of the prom to pick up the flowers and they was the WRONG flowers and UGLY!! They was busy at the time; my son and I was so angry that we walked out. He was refusing to give his girlfriend the flowers that we got her. Yes, I was called by Kristie to try and resolve the issue at hand. Meanwhile I was already at Davids flowers where they fixed the screw up. I understand that things happen, BUT all it would of taken was a simple phone call to tell me that they couldn't get the original flowers and etc. I would of had the option to either take the ones that they had or cancel the order and do something else. Long story short........I called to pay for the bill today and canceled my account with them and will not ever go there again. It is a real shame due to I have known this family for many years!!!!!!
