Barrett and his team are a joy to work with and were able to digitize my difficult artworks that include gold leaf paint and colour correct accurately for the glare. My original works are 5x7s and the 8x10s look great and the proofs of 11x14s as well. I was given some extra goodies as sample proofs. I also had note card sets made and amazing stickers with a foam core display. Barrett also customized the backs of my cards with a variation on my sticker designs that is super cool and took the time to brand my stickers with my business name. Buffalo Big Print will take the time to get it right and treat your art with respect. I'd recommend them to any artist looking for high quality ink jet prints of their artworks. The guys said "Come back Thursday at 9am and we'll get right on it." I showed up at 9am pulled in their garage and they immediately went to work. It actually took the team about 50 minutes to do the job, which by the way was better than I expected once completed. They cashed me out and said "We're shaving a bit off because it took a little less time." Who does that? Only a small business with a big heart who cares about their customers... That's who. The documents never arrived at the final destination. Even though I received a tracking number, there is no record of the whereabouts of my documents. Due to the store's gross negligence, I will be forced to get another notary this weekend and overnight the documents before house closing. I will use FedEx in this future. Expensive little parcel and package mailing spot, which charges too much for most of their services. They seem professional enough but while I haven't had any issues here other than the prices I know two other people who come here who have had all kinds of issues. So I'm waiting with baited breath to hate on them. Except I'm not going down to Orchard Park regularly anymore (girls come and go, Eminem said so), so I'm not sure I'll even use them again. But I would. No issues yet. Just pricing meh-ness.
