And God bless 'em, these people probably spend half (or more) of their day processing the pants that were too big or the purse you decided you didn't want. The staff at the South Park Ave store has always been friendly and cheerful even when the line is a bit long and the customers are less than happy. They are also pretty efficient, so a long line never takes as long as you might think from first look. Only one time did I have a less than 5-star experience at the store, and it really worked out okay in the end, so I'm not docking them. I believe I was working with a new employee who charged me for packaging materials that were not used. The recipient sent me a picture of the box after it was opened and there was literally NO packing materials inside. Fortunately the item I sent was not damaged in shipment, so it turned out okay. However, I showed the picture to the manager and asked for a refund of the packing materials. He actually refunded the cost of shipping, too. In my opinion, that was more than he needed to do, and he apologized several times in the process. An added tip if you do a lot of shipping - join a third party site like Pirate Ship and you can save a small percentage on the cost of shipping, print your label at home, and drop it off at the UPS store for them to mail out. It saves you time and a buck or two.

I just called them on the phone, sent the PDF file, got an estimate and then had a 24-hour turn around for a relatively large sign. Walking in and picking up the sign was painless. Staff was friendly. Credit cards accepted. So if you're planning an event and you need to hang up a large banner and are in a time pinch, definitely consider On The Mark. Great job all around; few ink blotches on the printing job, but it wasn't a big deal. Will be back!

The documents never arrived at the final destination. Even though I received a tracking number, there is no record of the whereabouts of my documents. Due to the store's gross negligence, I will be forced to get another notary this weekend and overnight the documents before house closing. I will use FedEx in this future. I would rate this store with zero stars if the app permitted. We have choices and I will never use this store again.

Expensive little parcel and package mailing spot, which charges too much for most of their services. They seem professional enough but while I haven't had any issues here other than the prices I know two other people who come here who have had all kinds of issues. So I'm waiting with baited breath to hate on them. Except I'm not going down to Orchard Park regularly anymore (girls come and go, Eminem said so), so I'm not sure I'll even use them again. The reason I'm docking a star was because when I used this place to print my business cards, the card stock was not as strong and thick as I would have liked, but still way better then places (and cheaper) then places like Kinko's. Also, when I was having my business cards printed here, I accidentally forgot to feature my email address and although that's not their responsibility, it would have been a nice touch to have them look it over and say..."hey, maybe you wanted an email or phone # printed on here?" Anyway, most recently I used them to print out 4x6" post cards for an upcoming event and after calling them in the morning and getting them the print-ready files by 1PM, I was able to pick up 100 cards at $45. Double sided color, great stock and at 45 cents aipece, I was happy. The person on the other end of the phone was nice, responsible and seemed to know what she was talking about (I believe Michelle was her name, thanks Michelle!). The location downtown is conveniently located to many businesses as well. I'll be happy to give them more of my business down the line, but I still prefer to get my business cards printed online simply because I've found better card stock there. If you do start printing your cards in thicker quality, please let me know so that I can change my buying habits :)!

We already had the file, and just needed a good printing company to complete the cards. Greg was great. He responded the same day I initially sent an email (other shops didn't respond at all) and during a visit to the shop, was very helpful in helping us select the right paper and envelope, etc. The cards came out perfect and the staff was thoughtful enough to match the font on the envelope to that of the card, without me specifying. If I had any other printing needs, I would definitely use them again. The customer service is awesome as is the product.
