They do not answer their phone. They rarely call you back. I will give them a point for the charge, it was reasonable, and they only charged me for the glass, not labor. Maybe it's because they know they blew it by keeping it so long and not answering the phone. I try my hardest to support all the local shops and businesses, but sometimes that comes back and bites you in the butt.

After surveying the layout of our home and property, Todd called the owner, Doug, to confer about proper placement of the equipment. Doug showed up right away to confirm the best location, then they went right to work and had everything up and running quickly. We are now paying much less, and the internet speed is faster than what we had before with a different carrier. About a week later, I contacted Terri again to see if I could make some adjustments to our billing date and she was able to get the billing organized to our liking.
