I do not recommend Royal floors. Not only once but twice…read morethey did vinyl flooring in my kitchen. First time they had triangle cut into floor, under cabinet thinking it wouldn't be seen. The cuts were far from acceptable the seam were so sloppy put together they ended up rolling and coming up. They came out said they'd redo floor at no cost. With different vinyl than we paid for. That if you put a chair on it it would indent the vinyl very cheap and very uncomfortable to walk on. They had another installer come in (Sid) he wasn't familiar with seams continued calling office. He laid the floor not only one seam but two within 21/2 feet of each other. Same thing started pulling up and rolling. Continued to text sid he would say if he has time he'll come fix it. While Steve knew that there was a problem as he asked Randy, Randy told him he was waiting for Sid to come back. Steve if Sid knows about he'll come fix it. No Sid and no check up call from Steve Nor Troy ( The Higher ups) I speak with Joel which he done more than Steve, Troy or Sid. Have all messages if need verification. We tell Joel we're going to go through someone else as Sid never showed up no call from Royal floors, Let them know we'd have someone else come in on January11th. We recieve a message January 12th if you havent gotten your floor redone Steve & I would like to come in and fix the flooring. How convenient day after we told them were having someone else come in. Again I have messages. Day late $1700 later. Then we get if you had someone come in a redo the flooring what can Steve do about it. How about a refund or labor cost refunded..... Also if you haven't heard from Sid call back. Hello you all know the how about your company reach out. This went on for over a month before we had someone else come in. Not once did they do a horrible flooring job but twice. Think twice before hiring Royal floors in Fernley, Nevada. Like I said I have photos of both jobs and all messages if need verification. He helped me make the best flooring choices for me and even considered my life style. He also factored in what I could afford and gave me great suggestions on how to keep costs down. From Steve to the guy who measured and to Shane and Dakota, who put the floorings in, I was impressed. All extremely pleasant and helpful. They even made sure that I knew how to care for my new floors. They gave me great ideas on how to clear out the house and where to temporarily store things. They moved my furniture for me and then put it all back. As to the floorings, I am so pleased with the colors. I enjoy my house so much more now. It looks exactly the way I had pictured it. With the new paint, it looks like a model home. I could not be happier. My dad used this company as well and had all the same guys. We have all been impressed and very happy with their work. These are expensive investments so you want the best. You will not be disappointed.

Technician did not arrive within the appointment timeframe …read more I had to return 2 hours later to have the carpet cleaning done . upon arrival , he started to change the pricing that was already offered to me and tried to convinced me I needed another service . Suddenly the price was 3 times higher of what was quoted. They don't explain they have different pricing. The technician raced to do the cleaning in less than 45 min and left water all over the hardwood surface. did not dry it out nor did anything else . Super disappointing experience

Aside from the fact that the technician was four hours late b/c his car broke down (which is…read moreunderstandable), when he showed up, he said couldn't clean my Flokati rugs (which the woman on the phone specifically said was no problem), but he would try with one of them but couldn't promise anything. The woman also quoted $200 for both rugs ($1 per sq ft) but beware that this is for a basic cleaning with NO shampoo. It's $2 sq/ft for shampoo, and $3 sq/ft for their top level which is shampoo and a chemical treatment. He dumped his equipment on my tile floor and cracked a tile, and thank goodness I had the rug outside on the deck b/c he spent all of 15 minutes cleaning it, left it sopping wet (which would have ruined any wood floor underneath) and it took two days outside in the sun to dry. It doesn't look much cleaner and it smells worse (it does not smell like shampoo).

Salvador was easy to communicate with via text and Cody did a fantastic job cleaning my sectional and area rug. When he arrived he was professional and super friendly. He was dog approved by my golden and golden doodle too. With dogs (one being a puppy) and two kids things get a little dirty. Any stains and smells disappeared after the cleaning. They also have other services aside from carpet and furniture cleaning. They do repairs, tile, and air ducts too!
