I had Franki and she was absolutely amazing! I loved the quality and detail she put into my hair and she was incredibly friendly. My hair is really long and thick so I was there for about three hours. She was so nice, even offered to order food nearby if I was hungry! I will definitely come back here in the future. My only draw-back was that she was the only one there. If someone called the studio or came-in with questions, she would be the one to step-away and answer. It's not a huge problem, but I could imagine on a busy day it would be pretty hectic!

They sit behind the desk and talk about inappropriate things in front of the customers. Low class and trashy. The eyelash tech, Nicole was rude and unprofessional. Her hands smelled liked cigarettes. Each time she placed an extension on my eyelash, I felt like I was getting a smoke contact. Really low class. She always seems to have an attitude and acts if you are bothering her. I mean really. I paid over $200.00 for cheap extensions that fell off several days later. They use cheap products. The extensions they use look like the ones you buy at Walmart. My girlfriend told me about them and her experience is worse. She will write about it in a few days. Poor girl is trying to compose her self first. Please RUN...don't walk away from this place. If you want to spend your hard earned money for cheap products and poor customer service this is the place. I asked for the manager because I didn't like the work Nicole did. The "manager" was not available. Clearly they are either all related or protect each other while providing poor service. I am getting married in a few months. I was going to pay for 10 girls to get eye lashes, that's well over $1000. Nope not here. They will never see a dime from me. Go somewhere else. I see they now have a Groupon. I'm really angry now. I paid more than triple of what the Groupon offers. But I will admit, I wouldn't go there if it was free. I believe in tipping well but only if you provide good service.
