The rooms are a good size and always clean. Staff is efficient and always ready to accommodate. Jennifer at the front desk is always incredibly helpful. If you need event space big or small, save yourself the headache and look no further. They have event rooms in all sizes and the staff there is amazing. You'll be well taken care of by Maria, Ivan, Arturo, Frankie, David, Kurt; really anybody on the floor on any given day. I can't praise the event staff enough. As part of the Hotel Collection, you get late checkout, perks like complimentary breakfast. However take notes - it's only 2 choices - either eggs & potatoes OR a pastry & fruit option. Would skip the NYC cart coffee. If you're IHG rewards member; you get points too! Win win. The only takeaway for me, ask questions... when you book through Amex Hotel Collection, it comes with a $100 credit... which I didn't know could be used for food! Wish it was on like a welcome note.. (Fine Hotel does that) Ugh. We wanted to try the restaurant besides the complimentary breakfast, but didn't know about the credit. Sigh.

Extremely unprofessional with the lack of communication in the problems that arose and also the way we were just billed for things we never agreed to. Overall we found the owner to be quite lazy during our wedding (to put it nicely). When work needed to be done...she was laying by the pool instead of working. When the wedding started, she left the reception after the first dance to 'take a shower' and never returned...That was just a miniscule portion of all the issues we had. We also found our budget and money to be abused and taken advantage of and definiterly not followed! Prices were excessively marked up and then it was caught by us, items also appeared on the final invoice that were not in the contract. Since a wedding is such a special time in people's lives I suggest that reader's beware and do not put your trust into this company.

She kept us focused on all of the important details. A crucial aspect for us was how well she handled problematic vendors with ease. When our wedding day came, Tzo Ai and Lauren were a delight. I've been to several weddings where the coordinator was overbearing, which made the event laborious. Tzo Ai was calm, focused, and was always immediately responsive when we needed something. He has a real gift. It is undeniable. It has been my favorite show since I started watching. David has vision beyond what any other wedding planners seems to have. Though I have been watching for a while mostly as entertainment it was the last 2 episodes of My Fair Wedding that really showed David's heart. He did a wedding for a breast cancer survivor which I am. It was all pink and pink is my favroite color. Then he did a wedding for a girl named Michelle and though my friends all use my nick name it is still my name and it felt so personal for me. The bride was really emotional and David was really there for her and helped her to complete her vision of a mini truck themed wedding. I had never heard of a mini truck before and David managed to make it elegant and I doubt anyone else could do that. It takes someone who understands what it is not to have to be able to give back much. David Tutera is that person. He doesn't just do wedding's. He transforms lives!

Chelsea had great recommendations for vendors I neglected to look into earlier on in the process and was a huge help in making sure critical details, such as the rain plan, were worked out. Where the team really excels is making sure you do not deal with any stress on the day of the wedding and focus on having fun. I was so impressed with how professional, patient, kind and calming the entire team was. They made sure the bridal parties all were on schedule, vendor setups were done on time, food was set aside for my husband/I during cocktail hour, swapped out my heels when they saw I was in pain and even ran back to the house when we forgot our marriage license. These are just some of the little details the team took care of so we didn't have to worry about anything. They truly are your eyes and ears and it was such a relief knowing they got it handled. The venue, in which the party was held, was a Jewelry Boutique and they did white roses, (unbeknownst to them, one of my two favorite flowers), with GOLD leaf fluttered on them! They were absolutely Gorgeous, more exquisite than I could have imagined. There was also a modern element to what otherwise looked like an Antique style arrangement, which was the placement of greens in angular shapes on the other side of the bouquet. They also did beautiful peach roses in mirrored vases which paired beautifully with the interior of the venue. The arrangements were so gorgeous that my fellow Yelpers posted more photos of the flowers than anything at the party! Love love love!!
