I contacted Kristin along with a handful of other florists when I began my search and found her prices to be reasonable compared to some other highly priced florists in the area. I was discouraged our budget could not afford the top rated florist in town but found A Happily Ever After Floral to be a good replacement. Kristin was very detailed in her meetings and made me feel at ease with all of the things I was worried about. I am a designer so the overall aesthetic of our wedding was very important to me and the colors had to be just right. When the flowers arrived the day of the wedding they were a bit wilted from the transport but the overall look was great. On the other hand I found Kristin to be pushy, and add stress to an already hectic day. She insisted on talking with me instead of our event planner and could have been nicer. Her overall attitude exuded pride as she kept repeating she had done this a thousand times and was the best at it. I would have preferred she left past business at the door and treated me as a new customer, one she could prove herself to and let her work speak for herself. I found her rules in her contract to be harsh, strictly it states "A Happily Ever After Floral will not provide any flowers for your event or wedding if you subcontract fresh or silk floral arrangement for any part of your wedding ceremony and reception or if you provide them yourself." I signed the contract anyway but was very disappointed that a vendor in the 21st century wasn't willing to work with budgets and support a bride on such a special day.I probably would have booked more with her if it weren't for this and our budget limitations. Overall the output was good, but could have been a better process along the way.

After my very first delivery on Mothers Day from Southern Grace being flowers that died the very…read morenext day I would not have used them again. However, Ace Hardwares amazing Florist has closed its doors and my husband decided to try Southern Grace again due to their proximity to our house. While Ace hardware had FREE delivery within so many miles, Southern Grace is much closer to us and there was a $15 delivery fee. I do hope they will consider adjusting delivery fees based on location of delivery. The flowers my husband had sent to me were absolutely beautiful. We have to be very careful due to us having cats and he made sure to mention no lilies. The flowers were beautiful the day they were delivered as well as 4 days later they still look fabulous. I am not sure what he paid for them to determine value, but I do know that the $15 delivery fee was a bit excessive for a 2.5 mile delivery. I do hope they learn from the bad reviews and throw out or donate flowers that are borderline, rather than put them in bouquets people pay top dollar for.

I paid extra for roses and the pitcher and got cheap flowers and a clear vase followed by an ugly pitcher. Go to Publix or any other grocery store to get what you want.
