I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn't just a few "vision board" photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we'd hoped, but that also wasn't a surprise because we'd known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather's assistant! Boy are we going to miss working with this team.

So if I ever do plan an event here (which *ahem* I'd love to do) I'll be sure to fill in the deets from the other side. What I can say is that I really dig this space. Located on one of the most personality-filled streets in the city, it's just crawling with character. I'm unfamiliar with the history of the building, but would love to know the backstory. Now it's a beautiful, long and not so very narrow space with a high ceiling and windows all along the north end. It's not quite an industrial feel--it's nicer than all of that. But it's got a city vibe to it that's just kind of special. They host all kinds of events there. Tonight was a tasting event that showed off a simple decor, a few cocktail tables, a small raised stage, and some nice lighting. I would presume the kitchen facilities were adequate, as there were two chefs there preparing a couple small bites. The staff was great. On top of dish service, all smiles. I stuck around until after the official event hours were over, and it was fun to see the staff whip the place back into tidy shape while making plans for post-event mischief. Classy. We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair of hands I thought I needed. There was no way any of us could have predicted the last minute venue change, but Roberta & Shelby handled it flawlessly. Without them, no amount of my organization or planning could have pulled off our wedding the way they did. Roberta was incredibly professional. She notified me early on of the changes, but only after she had time to begin working out a new action plan. I appreciated being kept in the loop, but also appreciated that she didn't call me the second the news broke...informing me of problems without potential solutions to offer would have been extra stress I didn't need in that moment. Roberta & Shelby were also absolutely in sync with Park City Resort and all of my other vendors. The communication and coordination was excellent. Because they had both taken the time to get to know me and understand my vision in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they did an amazing job of recreating our decor in a new venue space. Everything was exactly how I would have liked to see it, even though I wasn't available to provide any input. The planning leading up to our wedding was also perfectly executed. Roberta & Shelby asked the right questions, ran with my ideas, and prompted me to think about different approaches when appropriate. Roberta & Shelby are both extremely capable and professional, but what makes them stand a part from other professionals in your field is how genuine they are. They genuinely wanted to make this wedding my dream wedding, and they went above and beyond at every turn. Roberta even offered to hold our guest's baby during dinner so the couple could enjoy their meal. Although this wasn't something I saw, at least 20 of my guests did notice and made a point to tell me how amazing the Hoopes team was! I'll list everything that went wrong: A few days before the event, I was told we could rent white umbrellas. I said ok - I'll take white. Then later I was told the white umbrellas were unavailable. I picked tan. Now fast forward to day of pickup: 10-20 minutes before our set pickup time, I'm told the tan umbrellas are dirty. I can choose navy? Ok. I guess we'll go with navy. During this conversation, I was also told the pickup location changed AND the event coordinators were running late. Also a few days before the event Cass asked me if I wanted to pick up instead of having them delivered. We are coming from out of town, so it was difficult to arrange pickup. However, we made it happen with another family member. I asked multiple times when I would get a refund because I paid in full a long time ago. I finally got my refund, but come to find out when looking at the quote that there's a fee for us to pick up. I wish she had told me that on the phone. Would have been nice to know. I have tons of texts and transcribed voicemails for anyone that would like to see. There were problems from the start even beyond what I've listed. I told Cass yesterday I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I regret it completely. I asked for a discount since we ended up with umbrellas we didn't order. I have not received a discount. Super unprofessional company. All communication was difficult. I felt unimportant for sure. I would never rent from this company again.

David was kind on the phone and setting it up was easy. the day of the event June 6, 2026 - I received no call and no show with the tables. i called, emailed and text. no one still has responded. we had no where to sit for my sons graduation bbq and no set up table. A graduation party is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and this company's failure to deliver left our family scrambling on a day we should have been focused on celebrating our son.

The plant and decor options were good, I do with I had another smaller terrarium option. There were **70** people in our class. Far too many in my opinion. It was hard to walk around sometimes and we ended up in a smaller back room (which actually we were fine with due to sound levels). So go early if you want a table in the main room. They have a lot of people to help out. Everyone was super nice and helpful but we especially loved working with Susan! She was really informative, we appreciated her experience.

Not only was the end product great, but they were excellent to work with, despite our ever-changing headcount, menu adjustments and last minute adjustments to the venue setup. I appreciated their flexibility and "roll with it" attitude. We ended up with more food than we needed, and they were wonderful to package it all up and provide it to us. My favorite part of it all was that they took care of everything from setup to serving and cleanup. There was enough on my plate-literally-that I was so grateful not to have to worry about the food.
