So if I ever do plan an event here (which *ahem* I'd love to do) I'll be sure to fill in the deets from the other side. What I can say is that I really dig this space. Located on one of the most personality-filled streets in the city, it's just crawling with character. I'm unfamiliar with the history of the building, but would love to know the backstory. Now it's a beautiful, long and not so very narrow space with a high ceiling and windows all along the north end. It's not quite an industrial feel--it's nicer than all of that. But it's got a city vibe to it that's just kind of special. They host all kinds of events there. Tonight was a tasting event that showed off a simple decor, a few cocktail tables, a small raised stage, and some nice lighting. I would presume the kitchen facilities were adequate, as there were two chefs there preparing a couple small bites. The staff was great. On top of dish service, all smiles. I stuck around until after the official event hours were over, and it was fun to see the staff whip the place back into tidy shape while making plans for post-event mischief. Classy. Due to COVID-19, they messaged us just 6 weeks prior to our ceremony letting us know that they were closed and would be unavailable to reschedule. We immediately panicked not knowing what to do and that's when we decided to seek out a wedding planner. With Braelynn, she wanted to make sure that no matter what we chose, we would have our fairytale wedding even during the pandemic. We were married at the Church of Dirt and had our reception in our family's backyard. Despite the drastic change in scenery, I wouldn't want our wedding any different because it was absolutely perfect down to every detail. Being naïve, I wasn't sure that we needed a wedding planner at first for a backyard (or any) wedding but I was completely wrong. When talking to Braelynn in our first meeting she already planned out who would be best to hire, how it would fit in to our budget, and went over fine details that I would have never thought of. Braelynn is very easy to talk to and loves to work with whatever request you have to make your wedding perfect. In addition to your own requests, she gives out much need advice on what would help that is often overlooked by the bride and groom. DJ Rob knows his business and has a "beat" (pun intended) on what the current cultural music should be for each situation. I cannot recommend Rob enough. I have been to many weddings, corporate events, and neighborhood parties with Rob at the mic. Not once have I left disappointed. We had him come out to our neighborhood in May of 2020 where he put on the most incredible "Social Distance Dance Party." We stayed on our property and danced with Rob for about an hour. He adapted to the current climate (COVID-19) and made the day of my neighbors, young and old alike. Best neighborhood part we have ever had. The plant and decor options were good, I do with I had another smaller terrarium option. There were **70** people in our class. Far too many in my opinion. It was hard to walk around sometimes and we ended up in a smaller back room (which actually we were fine with due to sound levels). So go early if you want a table in the main room. They have a lot of people to help out. Everyone was super nice and helpful but we especially loved working with Susan! She was really informative, we appreciated her experience.

Not only was the end product great, but they were excellent to work with, despite our ever-changing headcount, menu adjustments and last minute adjustments to the venue setup. I appreciated their flexibility and "roll with it" attitude. We ended up with more food than we needed, and they were wonderful to package it all up and provide it to us. My favorite part of it all was that they took care of everything from setup to serving and cleanup. There was enough on my plate-literally-that I was so grateful not to have to worry about the food.
