Kristin & Kylee are amazing!! My now husband & I were lucky to work with both of them throughout our wedding planning process the past year. They are both very organized and professional. I was never worried about anything falling through the cracks. I was also able to bounce ideas off of them and they always gave their honest opinion. They're also so kind and were genuinely fun to work with. Our wedding went perfectly because of them. We had a few bumps with the venue along the planning process, but Kristin & Kylee always solved any problem we came across. One thing I loved about working with Soiree was being able to meet with them at the venue in person on a few different occasions. This made me feel that much more confident in their execution as we could physically walk around the venue and talk about floor plans, decor, etc. On the day of the wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better team. I came across Melissa Hagen of Soiree Productions through one of my other vendors. Originally I had no intention of booking a wedding planner, but this was THE best money I ever spent. I honestly have no idea what we would have done without her expertise and guidance. She is the reason my wedding was so perfect. My husband and I live in the DC area, but our wedding was in UT at La Caille. I knew planning my wedding from afar wasn't going to be easy, and I was worried about doing everything over the phone. From the first call with her, though, I was immediately put to ease about the entire process. I knew she would take care of everything and that most importantly, I wouldn't be stressed on my big day. She asked me to make a board of my wedding inspiration on Pinterest and from there she knew exactly what I wanted. I took every suggestion she had for vendors, and I was not disappointed. Each vendor I worked with was professional and incredible. From my hair and makeup artist, to my wedding cake, to the string quartet, to my florist. She made sure we got great value to help with the budget, but did not sacrifice quality. In addition to the actual planning with the vendors, she helped with other smaller projects such as arranging calligraphy for the tent cards, finding gorgeous unique table toppers, and putting together our guest book. She even thought of a new twist on the boring wedding video of growing up pictures that no one watches. I felt like my wedding had lots of unique details that set it apart from so many overdone wedding themes, and this was 100% because of her. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she took charge of all the vendors and coordinated with them to make sure everything was ready to go. On the day of the wedding, she was there by my side to make sure everything was flawless. She cue'd the wedding party as they walked down the aisle, and effortlessly transitioned all the guests from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, and to dinner, dancing, and cake cutting. When some of my guests started leaving, she made sure we did the sparkler send off before they left so we didn't miss out on that moment and photo op. When all was said and done, she also helped to make arrangements to preserve my dress. All our guests complimented our wedding saying it was one of the best they had ever attended. This is completely attributed to Melissa. The entire day was so organized and I never had to worry about one thing. Melissa is an incredible wedding planner. COVID bride here! My husband and I have said over and over that the best decision we made in our wedding planning process was to hire Kristin at Soirée Productions. We had been looking for a month-of coordinator - but she did SO much more! My anxiety about the wedding was virtually erased whenever I would discuss things with her. Kristin considered every single little detail you could possibly think of and took everything off our plates. She has handled an unprecedented situation with such grace and care. We had to postpone our May wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic. The weeks leading up to postponing the wedding were probably one of the most stressful times because of all the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, however, Kristin was so comforting and calm. This review is strictly for Brittany Farley, who was the coordinator for my wedding at the Sundance Resort (prior to joining Soiree Productions). While I can't speak to the experiences that others had with Soiree Productions, I can attest to the fact that Brittany, who was very recently hired by this company, is an INCREDIBLE asset to any wedding/bride. In a nutshell, she was the reason that our wedding day went perfectly and was entirely stress-free. How many brides can honestly say that? Brittany was there bright and early, in constant communication with me (despite my lack of cell phone service) throughout the day (while not seeming intrusive or pushy in the least), and made sure every single detail went according to plan. I didn't even see the venue until I showed up to walk down the aisle, and I am Type A. Because I had complete faith in Brittany, I knew I didn't have to be there running the show. I knew it would be better than we'd planned...and it was. You can have a beautiful setting and all the right vendors with the best intentions, but if you don't have someone (and I'd make that someone Brittany) who knows how to herd cats and make order out of chaos, you are likely to end up with some bumps in the road...or at least a lot of work for yourself on your wedding day. I cannot, cannot, CANNOT praise Brittany Farley's efforts enough. She was wonderful at her job and delightful as a person. read more

Like Andrea R, I also had my wedding at St Regis. Andrea's comments made me wonder if she was involved in the slightest in her own planning process. If you took her review and swapped 'St Regis' for 'Soiree' I would be in complete agreement with her assessment. Soiree saved me - I was ready to pull my hair out at the lack of response on the part of St Regis and their general lack of knowledge. As soon as they had my money, they apparently had no more interest in having to deal with me. I don't know what I would have done if I had not been able to turn to Soiree to get answers that I should have been able to get from the nimwits at St Regis. In a nutshell - I would not recommend anyone but Soiree to plan a future event for me in Park City. However, even though it is a beautiful facility, you couldn't pay me enough to use St Regis again. Kristin and Chanel from Soiree were top notch! I had a destination wedding in Park City - it was exactly what I wanted and super smooth due to their efforts. Before the wedding, Soiree gave me recommendations for the DJ at the reception, musicians at the ceremony, where to host the Friday night welcome party, as well as general advice for planning in Park City with the locations I had chosen. Kristin's recommendations were based on my desires and style - and she was spot-on. They pay attention to every little detail with every single vendor (who goes where, precisely when and how) while also helping you with the small things you need. They take care of ALL coordination completely on their own. They have great attitudes, were very responsive, and don't get stressed at all - I was completely relaxed on my wedding day because of Chanel and Kristin's support. Kristin was incredible throughout our entire planning process. We were on the fence about hiring a coordinator because we thought we could do a majority of it ourselves, but boy were we wrong. There were so many things that we had overlooked that Kristin brought to our attention and helped us with....we had clearly never done a wedding before. Kristin's professionalism and help put us at ease (or at least as relaxed as possible while planning a wedding). She helped combine so many different backgrounds and cultures into our wedding so that both of our families and most importantly, both of us were happy! She gladly met us at our venue, the startup building, multiple times prior to our wedding to work out any questions we had and review layouts. She was super helpful working around our schedules and my sporadic visits to Utah, as I live in Connecticut and she was helping me plan from across the country. When July 13th finally came, we were all at ease. She handled absolutely everything at The Startup Building and let us just focus on ourselves! Most importantly, during the wedding she had the most calming voice. There was never any concern or stress portrayed in her voice, although I'm sure she had to put out fires, we never even knew about them because (if there were any) she handled them on her own and we never had to worry about them! I used Soiree Productions for my wedding this summer and was extremely disappointed. The staff was dishonest, did not listen and was often snippy/dismissive when I expressed my concerns with the way they were handling my wedding. The event planner at the St. Regis in Deer Valley (the venue where we were married) also had big problems with Soiree and let me know she has discouraged brides from using them in the future. The owner is in over her head and has no idea how to build client relationships in addition to having questionable taste. I would have rather sorted out the details of my wedding myself than used Soiree. TERRIBLE! read more

I couldn't agree with you more, and I too was very disappointed with Soiree and regret using their services for our wedding. Both planners were very rude to our guests, completely screwed up our parents and grandparents seating. The tuxes we rented from them were very poor quality and an embarrassment to our groomsmen and fathers. The fabric was hanging from my dad's suit he rented from them while giving his welcome speech to the guests. To top it off, they danced with our guests - for over an hour - we have photos from our photographer of them grinding. It was humiliating, and one planner was photographed kissing one of our groomsmen at the wedding. My husband and I wish we didn't hire them. The owner was never dedicated to our event. read more

Wow, wow, wow! If I could give 10 stars I would! Working with Kristin and her team was one of the best decisions we could have ever made for our wedding planning needs! We lived in Raleigh, NC when we got engaged and were planning our wedding, but wanted to get married where both of our sets of parents lived in Park City! Our planned date was for November 10, 2018 at Park Meadows Country Club. From the very first initial call to the execution on the day, everything felt EXTREMELY stress free and we felt that everything was taken care of. I was pretty worried about planning a wedding across the country, but Kristin listened to every detail we had and recommended the BEST vendors we could have asked for.
