We looked for "Flowers by Andie" based upon the good reviews, but "Flowers & Bloom" seem to have taken over the entire business - same address and same phone number. The place seem to be run by women. The person that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable of Chinese protocols. She helped with writing the proper kinship on each bouquet. We chose bouquets from pictures of various ones and their pricing. She contact the funeral home to make sure we had the proper Chinese characters and English spelling of name of our deceased relative. She sent us pictures of the bouquets and the lettering on them to make sure we were happy with them. The arrangements were delivered early in the morning in time for the viewing. She and her staff were very helpful in an unsettling time for us.

I have no idea about customer service or cost or anything else, but this review is solely on the beauty and freshness of these flowers. The second I walk into our apartment, my nostrils are filled with the hypnotic smell of these Lily's...the roses are full and velvety. I'm so sad they will reach their inevitable death so I'm trying to keep them alive for as long as possible. The longevity of flowers depends on us! I change the water every day, at the correct water temperature and also mix in flower food. What a dork, right? I needed to have flowers ready for pick up at 8AM so I can take the 3.5 hour ride to Upstate NY. I called in the flowers, and was able to arrange for pick up first thing in the morning on Monday.
