I had my sons brit/christening here yesterday. Waking in to the hall for the first time before the party started I actually cried. Everything was so beautifully done and set up for the party. Every vendor that Nadia (the owner ) recommended was reasonably priced and did an amazing job. Working with Nadia was easy and she was always available to take our call or text . She was easy going and flexible. During the event not only her manger but she herself came to help and make sure everything was going accordingly. This was my husbands choice being that he is Russian. Being Italian I was nervous that the Italian and American guests would not feel comfortable or have complaints due to Italian halls and Russian halls being different. But in fact it was quite the opposite. So many people of all ages on my side actually called after the party and today as well as telling us during the party that it was the best event they had ever attended. One girl who is an event planner herself said she was booking her next party here. I can't believe I ever second guest having it here vs an Italian hall. You can't even compare. Our wedding was on January 20, 2019. After doing thorough shopping for venues, we found that Versailles Palace was going to be the best choice for us. Nadia has been in the catering business for a long time now and just recently opened up this gem along with her brother. When you walk in, you truly feel the ambiance of a Palace and on your special day, whatever it may be, you feel royal and even taller (spiritually). Nadia helped us with every detail from getting entertainment like the singer (Teona), the music (DJ Yuriy Abramov) and the host (Nasyr). They did a marvelous job and carrying the night and making it smooth. Nadia also helped us with the invitations and decorations. We didn't have a lot of time to prepare for the wedding, but she was very organized and met our every need stupendously. The chef is famously known in the community as arguably the best chef in the business. If you want great plov, he's the go-to. The menu caters to many palate and Nadia worked with us to meet our desires for the perfect banquet style food for the evening. Nobody left hungry and the food was as delicious as the evening. We're very glad we chose Versailles Palace and will be thrilled to book more parties in the future! They also have a smaller private room for a smaller event for a dinner or lunch. On January 22, 2023 my husband and I threw an engagement party / surprise wedding at Versailles Palace. Nadia helped us plan an event that was unforgettable in one month. She was attentive and detail-oriented. Anytime I texted her or called, she responded quickly. My guests absolutely loved the event, the food and the service. From attending parties at her restaurant in the past we knew we can trust her to deliver top notch DELICIOUS food. Not only is her food delicious but the presentation is just EXQUISITE!!! Nadia spent a good amount of hours catering to our wants and needs, designing the menu that we and our guests would enjoy. Nadia went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our menu. Besides helping us with the menu, she was helpful in many other ways. Nadia wasn't just our caterer she quickly became our wedding planner! She solved any problems that arose along the way of planning immediately without us asking, she's just that kind hearted. We cannot share enough kind words about her and her staff that made our wedding run as smooth as a wedding could. Nadia had 6 waiters, they were quick, efficient and very PROFESSIONAL. She also had a bartender to create various cocktails for the night and oh my were they GOOD!!! Every guest was WOWed by his delicious cocktails (and he kept them coming) which added an oomph to our party. The CHEF presented the food with such creativity that guests drooled over the meals served. The results speak for themselves - we did not have any food left over!! When does that ever happen?! We hosted my father's birthday here. And it was a disaster in many ways. The service was slow. The food quality was okish - some dishes were decent (samsa, plov and salads) and others were just awful (lulakebab, chicken)... It took 30 mins to set out plates for dessert - some cups arrived 10 mins later. And for 20+ people we were given 2 tiny plates of dessert pastries and 2 plates of fruit - half what was given for the main dishes.
