Right off the bat, Ben was very responsive and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to meet us through zoom and he was so thorough in explaining the whole marriage process and all of our ceremony options. One of our biggest worries was that we wanted to write vows to one another but we are incredibly shy, so he brought up the option of private vows, which we've never heard of! Thank goodness he did, because we were able to say what we wanted to one another without all of the pressure! The day of the wedding, Ben was extremely professional and sweet :). The ceremony felt so personal, as if he was our own family member giving us his words of wisdom and sound advice on marriage. He even went above and beyond as to make a beautiful program which included our story, wedding and ring vows. Such a sweet keepsake to remember our special day. Ben was so also efficient in sending our marriage license to our county's recorder's office and made sure to connect with us and keep us updated. Overall it was such a smooth process! We are beyond grateful to have had him officiate our special day :)

Being that we are both very busy and expecting a child soon, working on the details of ceremony and vows was a lower priority so it was great Andrew had something we can work with!! Andrew followed up closely with us up until the day of ceremony so we knew what to expect. No surprises for sure! On the day of ceremony, Andrew arrived at the meeting point (Palace of fine art) more than 1/2 hour early as not not be late. Of course, we ended up running behind schedule by 15 mins... but this goes to show you the professionalism of Andrew. After the ceremony, Andrew closely followed up with us about submitting paperwork to the city, and also about obtaining a valid copy of our marriage license.
