When I took the first break b/c of COVID and then returned, the front desk folks initiated putting a stop on my monthly club dues b/c I had accrued such a large balance and they wanted me to use some of it up before re-starting my dues. WHO DOES THAT? I really appreciated their customer service, from the front desk to all of the providers who welcome each and every guest.
