I came in for my first time today and it will be my last time. When I walked in, I was greeted by awkward looks from the employees, then an awkward, hesitated "Hi". I was the only person in the establishment too. I ordered a medium Nannabliss smoothie for $11, and tipped even though the customer service was already off putting. Once i received the smoothie, I thanked them, to which they ignored. This smoothie is the most bland & unimpressing smoothie I have ever had. and for $11 dollars for a MEDIUM? We wanted a healthy breakfast to start our day, this was a great option. The only set back is that we had an employee helping us who was not wearing a mask. For that reason I would have to tell people to give pause before choosing to come here. We really did enjoy the bowls. There were awesome options for base layers and flavors. I stopped in this new location of Everbowl (located in Station Park between Slapfish and Blaze Pizza) last week. The interior decor is cute and the girls at the counter were friendly. This was my first time so they walked me through the ordering process. Everbowl sells superfood bowls. You pick you base from several choices (acai, pitaya, chia pudding, matcha, coco love, and blue majic). I chose acai, chia pudding and coco love. That coco love is AMAZING! I am a huge coconut fan so this was so perfect for me. You can choose as many base flavors as you want. After that you choose your toppings, which are UNLIMITED. There are SO MANY!! I chose almond butter, granola, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, coconut, almonds, honey, bee pollen and cacao nibs. I am officially obsessed, I want this ALL THE TIME now!! read more

This place has gone down hill quickly from our last two visits. Used to be regulars here, but apparently a management meeting has turned the young workers there into fresh fruit nazis. Told us no for every request for bowls we've ordered a hundred times. Now our build a bowl is $22+ and no where near worth it. Customer service is non existent over night. Will never go back. The service was good and there were a lot of options of fresh fruit toppings. My qualms were that the acacia just didn't taste that good nor did the fruit. The fruit was not good quality and lacked flavor. Kind of like when you buy a salad at McDonalds or you eat an out of season strawberry. It's just not that good. We're super excited that they've opened a store here in Farmington which is a 10 minute drive for us. I've tried all their flavors and they're all soooooo good! I should've read the reviews before I visited this establishment - that was my bad! I was greeted warmly, but quickly realized the workers were not wearing masks! In the middle of a pandemic?! One of the workers coughed and that alarmed me. The worker that helped me wore gloves and helped me out after I paid for my açaí bowl, I was dismissed no bye or anything. Great location. However, unfortunately they are always out of the basics for making an Açai bowl or anything similar (blueberries, coconut, cacao nibs, to name a few). The options are not accurate nor updated. I found out after waiting in line for ten minutes and my bowl was almost complete. Their Açai also has a lot of sugar in it. Conveniently the owner isn't ever there to leave feedback so the staff member is left to with unanswered questions and no way to really change things. I paid $17 for something that I didn't like. I went in with my mother today. We were the only customers in the building at the time all the tables were filthy the floor had fruit everywhere. there was 2 employees and one of them was eating behind the counter and didn't offer to take our order. Then when we ordered I asked for two flavors of bases I got 4/5th of one flavor and hardly any of the second flavor. I noticed the banana slicer was covered in nasty brown banana goo and they didnt even clean it off before slicing our banana. First time coming to this location, moved out here from California so I've never had Everbowl. The bowls and the staff are good but my only thing is was the environment. Three girls were working today; one was sitting on the counter on her phone, the other one was talking to her, while the other one was just moving things around. I work customer service in corporate and that to me was poor floor awareness and unprofessional. Put your phone away, greet the customers, if there's "nothing" to do, go to the back room and take a break. The only worker that was great was the taller brunette she was the one who explained the bowls to me and even recommended. The other one who was serving the bowl had forgotten an ingredient she had to go back. Great beautiful girls but customer service needs to be more professional. read more
