It was our last day in Park City in Late July and my husband and I had high hopes for a delicious breakfast on what was to be long day ahead. Five Seeds was a recommended spot at the resort, so we figured, why not. We visited around the 10:00 hour on a Thursday morning. This hip little restaurant is one busy place! There was music playing, which I don't recall as it was busy with a lot of people chatting. They have two entrances, or so it appeared. The right entrance is for to-go orders, which we entered and we were told to grab a table. We sat ourselves and waited a bit for service. We later realized that the left entrance was for diners as there was a hostess, which explains the initial wait. I ordered the Eggs Your Way with a side of potato's. One of the options for "my way" was scrambled, so I thought they would come scrambled. Instead they came somewhat folded like an omelette, but not. The eggs were alright as I am an "egg snob" and when a restaurant says "scrambled" I guess, I expect it to be so. The bread and potato's were excellent and so was the service. If I were to try Five Seeds again, I would ask for poached eggs, or try another menu option. Overall, a satisfactory experience. read more

We were in town and headed yet again to downtown Park City fir our last meal before flying home. We shared the shuttle with a couple who said they were going to this place so we elected to go as well so they driver wouldn't have to do multiple stops. We tried to sit outside but it was a little cold and windy so we opted for a table inside. The menu is good all options you find at a healthier restaurant. I have always wanted to try shakshuka so I was excited to see it on the menu. My husband ordered an omelet. The food is excellent but I would have changed out the bread for something you can dip out the shakshuka with and I would include lemons with the hot tea. My husband didnt like the potatoes. Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. Stopped in for Sunday brunch expected to have to wait based on reviews and we were lucky to get a table right away. The inside is adorable and there is a cute little greenery wall on one side near the coffee bar. The to go pastry selection also looked killer but we opted out as we got a table right away. We shared the banana bread, hotcake, and pulled pork Benedict which we loved every item but I think the banana bread was the star of the show. The mascarpone cream was perfection. Really hearty and delicious breakfast items. Sometimes there's a wait and the service isn't the quickest, but the food is well worth it. After seeing them on so many IG reels my husband got me a gift card for Christmas knowing we would be headed to the area for Memorial Day weekend. The location is so cute and gets really busy really fast. They have a separate area for take away coffee and pastries if you don't have time for a full breakfast/brunch. The food here is amazing, everything is tasty and hits the spot. We tried the hotcakes, shakshuka and Turkish eggs. You cannot go wrong. You will leave full and satisfied. I wish they had a way to join the waitlist ahead of time. We wouldn't have minded waiting 30 minutes outside if their outdoor heaters were working. The fact that they were there but out of order was a tease. And there's no room to wait inside. The staff could have been nicer and more helpful. I had to ask for coffee refills (just keep my coffee full at all times please) and the hostess was on on a clear power trip. This round I went all-in on the Shakshoula. The baked eggs topped this dish with sliced chorizo in the rich tomato and pepper sauce, sprinkled with feta and dukkah. This shakshouka does a good job combining the silky eggs and smoky chorizo with savory spices, and fresh herbs. Every bite had a touch of brightness. With this is served the Red Bicycle crack bread, which perfect for soaking up every bit of the flavorful sauce. And while crack could be describing the wheat used, it's more likely describing the addition to it. We also had the halloumi with hot honey. The cheese has a firmness the gives easily to a forks edge and the flavor is mild that held up well to the sweetness of the honey. They could have been a little more generous with the honey, not a complaint, just an observation ;-). It's an excellent breakfast cheese without overwhelming the palate. read more

The top though is a hunk of citrus flavored butter. I would have liked if it was more of a whipped cream than butter. But nothing to complain about. The breakfast plate was fresh. My family and I have been fans of this spot for a long time. What has remained great - the coffee, the drinks, the service, the people. The reason for 3 stars now is that the attention to detail on the food quality itself is slipping. The Turkish eggs - the eggs are slightly overcooked so the yolk may or may not be runny anymore. The chicken parm sando - the chicken is overcooked and rubbery and not enjoyable to eat. On the other hand the avocado toast is still great. So, stuff is becoming inconsistent and I am putting 3 stars here hoping management actually notices and does something about it. read more

The Porchetta sandwich was massive, roasted crispy skin rolled pork belly, charred broccoli rabe, seeded mustard aioli, salsa verde served with fries. How can you go wrong? We had to try our favorite bread: Auntie Em's banana bread with espresso infused mascarpone, espresso sugar, buckwheat, honey. My wife had the corn fritter the size of at 8" dinner plate. This easily serves two LARGE eaters and 4 normal eaters so split it! Over all a great place and they hand brew their peach tea (I'm a witness) and it's not sweetened so you can make it how you like it. It seems like Five5seeds is one of the brunch spots in Park City so we had to check it out after our hike. I thought we'd be able to join the waitlist remotely but I didn't know how to work their website. I put my name down for a party of 3 and the hostess said it would be a 25 minute wait which isn't too bad for a Saturday morning. They eventually seated us at a long table outside with another party which was fine. Hotcake (5/5): Pancake with mixed berries, whipped citrus mascarpone, nuts and seeds. This was so good and also very pretty. You don't even need to put syrup on it. It was crisp and fluffy at the same time. The mascarpone was yummy and light. Tilly's rotisserie chicken salad (4/5): The salad had pulled rotisserie chicken, cabbage, arugula, carrot, mango, cucumber, thai basil, mint, peanuts, crispy wontons with an Indonesian peanut dressing. Not sure what makes the peanut sauce Indonesian. The salad was refreshing. The chicken wasn't anything special though. The only complaint is that some of the thai basil and mint were still on the sprig/stem? It was definitely a lot. Overall, a lovely brunch spot. Late review of family breakfast this past weekend! The presentation of all menu items, which included shashuka, eggs and bacon, breakfast sandwich, avocado toast and an acai bowl were all beautiful. The server was amazing, so responsive and efficient with service. We sat outside so the warmth of the sun was a tad too much and they promptly put up the umbrella for our table. A Saturday morning at Five5eeds fees a little risky, but even with a packed house, we only waited 20 minutes. And boy was it worth the wait! We shared the shrimp tacos, burger (best I've had in a very long time) and a pancake for the table. I'd go and order the exact same thing, on repeat every Saturday until the end of time. We dined in natural light, bustling fall chatter and a waiter who seemed mildly annoyed by us, but generally attentive. I wish they had Diet Coke on tap, but a cold can did the trick too. The restaurant decor is fun and trendy. This review might be surprising but as a vegetarian who isn't the biggest fan of eggs, there aren't that many options. The grain bowl is beautifully plated and looks delicious but really had no flavor at all. It like needed a sauce or maybe some citrus to cut through the blandness. While I appreciate that they have outdoor seating, for parties of 2 they'll only allow if the table is shared so we opted to sit inside. There was maybe a 30 minute wait but they have really great phone support, I really enjoyed being able to see my position in line while I wandered the grocery store next door (a great place to kill time, lots of unique grocery items!). read more

First, the cold brew smoothie is good. Very chocolate and banana. I couldn't taste the cold brew (not complaining). My whole grain salad is very healthy. The brown rectangular piece is the hash brown. It's crispy, interesting, not your usual hash brown. I do appreciate their waiting system, though as it shows you where you are in line and how long you have already waited. The insurance is an area of though can feel crowded sometimes as there are a lot of seating. Service : efficient and friendly. They're pretty busy trying to cover all the tables. Food : had the hot cake which was fairly thick, had a lot of fruit, a lot of nuts, and variety of greens on top. It was definitely very pretty. It was fairly delicious, but much heavier than I expected. Also had the roast porchetta roll which was interesting. The pork belly slices were very delicious; however, the bread was a little too hard at times and the broccoli pieces kept falling out. It was definitely a very messy entrée. Overall, I'm not sure if it was worth the wait but overall fairly decent brunch food with a twist. read more

The focaccia it came on was probably the best focaccia bread I've ever had. The hotcake was incredible - I love the fresh fruit on top with the creme brulee-like crust and the very soft fluffy inside. Very filling. Not great to have as leftover as the crust doesn't stay as crisp. I had the pulled pork Benedict and thoroughly enjoyed it, the only thing was that the sourdough was a little overcooked and hard to cut through/chew. It came with not 1 but 2!!! Extremely strong in flavor but delicious. My plus one wanted/ needed small portions and opted for the mini pancakes with fruit only offered on the 12 and under menu. Simply because an adult ordered it, we were charged an additional co-charge. No additional prep or portion adjustment but a co-charge was applied. It was delicious and fresh.
