After Earle the owner came out and walked the property with me and we went over all areas that I wanted cleaned, he then created a clear and detailed price proposal for the scope of the work. We set a time to do the cleaning and I requested Nathan who had done such a good job for us previously. I have used Everclean for years. They always answer the phone promptly or return your call promptly and Earl, the owner, always comes out to give you a firm quote in writing. They send an email to confirm your appointment. They are simply the best at window washing, power washing, cleaning our solar panels, cleaning our gutters, washing our retractable patio screen and recently, cleaning out the dryer vent. The guys, Zack and Frank, arrived early and politely asked if they could start. They worked hard and quickly and soon the windows and screens were sparkling clean. The dryer vent was cleaned and the area underneath and behind the dryer were cleaned. The last company I had to wash the windows, removed all our window screens and convinced me they were not needed. But I soon regretted that decision for a number of reasons, they do provide a bit of security, and I like to air out rooms occasionally. They said all the screens were so damaged, they would not look good. Zak went through all the screens and we found enough to install at least one in each room, which was enough for my purposes. He recommended another company to repair the others if I was so inclined. He was careful to use shoe covers (unasked) and showed me how to easily replace the screens when I was ready. I called for windows cleaning service. They gave price for inside, outside and screen. They didn't talk about window track. When they came, they left water in the tracks along with dust. Its all messy. When i asked them to clean tracks they asked additional three dollars and said tracks are not included when they said inside cleaning. It is very bad and misleading. read more

While they were cleaning, I felt they were treating our house as if it were their own. They had no problem going back and treating any area that we were not happy with. Initial call for an estimate was met with very pleasant and professional response. Earl arrived as scheduled for estimate visit and provided (via e-mail) a complete estimate (with options) the same day. We went with the full package of gutter cleaning-inside and out (200 feet), and cleaning all (24) of the windows-inside and out, which also included removing and cleaning all of the solar screens. The initial schedule had to be rescheduled due to the excessive rain we experienced in June but they readily rescheduled around our vacation plans with no problem and arrived exactly on time to do the work.
