    I was very disappointed by this service taking into consideration the money they charge. Also not at all impressed with the customer service. This was a move-in service so you would expect a very details attention. The floor should have been taken care off properly after construction and furniture assembling. Staples where still on the floor in addition to hair and other stuff. Def I don't recommend at all..

    I wrote a check for nearly $375 to Welcome Home Cleaning Services to perform a through cleaning service. That was the price for a team of two to come in and clean my two-story home, top to bottom. I was very specific on what I needed cleaned as well as the level of filth to expect. Extremely dusty is how I described my home in their online survey for the initial estimate, and I also chose the option in this same survey that I would be inspecting with a white glove once the job was complete. After their 2-person crew spent several hours in my home, they left having performed an outright abysmal job throughout the house, and I expected way better for the price I paid. I didn't need a white glove - it was obviously left dirty nearly everywhere. I took a few pictures and sent them along with an email to let WHCS that I was not happy with the quality of service my home received. So now I'm sure you're wondering why I'd give a 5-star rating to a company who cleaned my home so poorly... It's due to their response to my email, which was "I apologize that the cleaning was not satisfactory. We will not be cashing your check." Welcome Home Cleaning Service truly guarantees their service, and for that, the highest rating is well deserved.

    Look no further! I am so happy I finally found a trust worthy company. The set up process was so simple and so professional. Chris, Coleen and Emily did a great job! They truly showed their professionalism and how much they care about making sure everything looks perfect. & my little Pomeranian loved them too :) With the pandemic and everything, they made sure they were safe, sanitized and wore their masks at all times which made me feel even more comfortable. The team and company is AMAZING! Book now!

    I paid $300 for a one time house cleaning and was a little disappointed that I had to clean the microwave, some kitchen cabinets, and vacuum one area. Ideally I'd like to not have to clean after the house is cleaned. Otherwise, not bad.

    I left a message on Saturday and spoke with Amy on Monday and Tuesday after my home was "cleaned" last Friday. I have requested a call from a manager, and I still HAVE NOT received a phone call from a manager.  I do not believe this is good customer service.  This company sent 2 employees to clean my home for a "Move-Out" cleaning, and within 24 hours I responded to let them know of items that were missed in cleaning (cobwebs on blinds and lights, dirty pantry shelves, dirty floor). Amy offered to send a crew back on Monday (too late), I declined because I needed my house cleaned on Friday since I had an appt at my house on Monday to take photos for listing it.  Thus, I cleaned the remainder of my home over the weekend. I was in my garage when the 2 employees left out the front door, almost without saying bye, but I stopped them to tip them.  Yes, I did tip them for the time they spent cleaning, as I typically do for contractors.  At the time I didn't realize how many things were missed.  I asked about 30 minutes before they left if the downstairs had been mopped.  The answer I received was "No Maam, that is the last thing we do".  When I went back inside, the floors were not wet at all. My house was mostly clean to begin with, other than dusty, with cobwebs, and there was basically no furniture in the home.  It needed vacuuming, mopping, dusting of: baseboards, blinds, and light fixtures, and bathrooms and fridge cleaned.    I have pictures of cobwebs on chandeliers, blinds, window sills and baseboards.  I have pictures of pantry shelves that still had flour on them.  I do think customer service is important, and how you respond to your customers needs and requests are definitely important.  I had a simple request of a phone call from a manager, and I have yet to receive one. Go elsewhere if you don't want to clean after the cleaning crew has left!

    I would highly recommend you look for another cleaning service if you are care about details. I hired WHC for a move-out cleaning service and I was not satisfied. They left various countertops with dust an and spots. I will never use them again. Go somewhere else, even if it's a bit more expensive.

I think overall, the cleanings were mostly good, but it felt like there was always something and at some level I didn't really trust the owner Emma. The first time my apartment was cleaned, a lady showed up with what appeared to be two children who should have been in school. I didn't think much of it at first, but it later became apparent to me that the lady cleaning always brought at least one child with her. None of the children spoke English and the situation made me a little uncomfortable. At some point it came up in conversation and Emma insisted to me that this child was actually an employee and was there to clean my unit. She said she has a hard time finding a job because most employers do not believe she is 18, but that she was. Since she looked and acted like a child, this just strained credulity . . . When I first booked, I asked if she could just skip a large guest bathroom/bedroom and bill us for a two bedroom apartment instead of a three bedroom. I was told this was impossible because of her system and she had no choice but to charge me the higher rate. At some point it came up again that I was paying to have rooms cleaned that I didn't want cleaned and she told me if I paid her via Venmo rather than credit card she would continue cleaning all of the rooms, but at a lower price. I said this was fine, but then they stopped cleaning the extra rooms and told me this was what we agreed to. Fine, but it definitely wasn't what we agreed to. Finally, Emma told me rather abruptly that she could no longer clean my apartment. There was a story that involved someone hurting their back, someone else going to Mexico, and Emma being allergic to cats. It didn't really feel that believable and I can think of other reasons why she would do this, but in the end it felt like an 'ok' resolution since at some level I didn't trust her anymore because of all the stories she told me.

I contacted them to see if they could help our condo building with general cleaning and waste management. What they actually delivered was a complete transformation with thorough deep cleaning, and now maintain a level of cleanliness weekly that is noticeably making a difference in the morale of the residents. Since our environment has improved significantly, I noticed that residents show more respect in the building, and careless behavior has started to decrease. Every visit, their impact is visible, and building issues are brought to our attention for us to address that we may be overlooking. For example, residents not picking up after their dog.
