We requested a move out cleaning service. When we called about the lack of transparency we were told that the cleaners spent more than the allotted cleaning time on the property and could do nothing. You would think the least they could do is grant a partial refund - I get they have to pay employees and don't want to lose money, but I don't feel like they should profit off the employees clocking 3 hours for no service provided.
