I am so impressed with this company! Angel is a very professional young man. He has excellent customer service skills. I called to have an area rug cleaned, I own a Bissel carpet cleaner but I knew it would never get my carpet as clean as a professional. Angel communicated very well, sent a reminder text which I love! I need those reminders. He also let me know that he was going to be a half hour later than expected. I have never seen a carpet cleaner use anything to protect my floor and the corners of my walls before. I was very impressed. My carpet smells and feels amazing! It looks beautiful! They even did another rug for me for an additional fee. His helper Ule (Hope I got that right!) was also very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable having them both in my home and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.
