i've rarely, rarely post reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this service. I just had my carpets cleaned by anthem and my experience with Tim was anything but positive. From the initial greeting at the door I could tell Tim had a chip on his shoulder. He started by saying that he was trying to call me and had even texted me. Well it's going to be hard to reach me when you've incorrectly. Written down someone's number! Also I should mention that my initial conversation with Tim was pleasant and he seemed like a really nice guy, but working with him in person it just didn't seem like it was the same person I had talk to on the phone. .There is an obvious lack of social skills when Tim is dealing with paying customers. He seemed bothered that I was pointing out certain soiled areas on the carpet and I can honestly say that I am not happy with the end result. I will not be working nor will I recommend Anthem to friends or family. I'd hate to do that to them. The whole experience was just awkward. I have attached three photos of the three bedrooms that were cleaned. Take a look for yourself...they look anything but clean. He did mention that I should wait till Monday for carpets to dry to see if they look different. I will modify my review should the carpets look clean on Monday. read more

In this day and age, the service I received from Anthem carpet cleaning is unheard of. They were on time, clean, protected the walls and furniture from being damaged. My dog ate a giant candy cane and threw it up on our white carpet. The carpet had red dye all over it from the candy cane. They were able to get the stain out color completely after a fillip up visit. I was pleasantly surprised! I will never use another company than Anthem (they were highly recommended to me) to clean our carpets. read more

I had the most amazing experience with them! Tim was super helpful and detailed in the cleaning process, especially after I explained that I had some pet stains I really wanted out. After the first cleaning some stubborn stains Ended up coming back and all I had to do was call Tim and he came back out about two weeks later and cleaned them again. I have very nice wool carpets & area rugs throughout my home..I have them cleaned twice a year & never had any problems. Tim seemed nice, & says he's "the best". He talks a good talk so I gave him a try. I had a wine stain on white carpet, which I was sure it was a "I have to replace the carpet" situation. I forgot what he charged then, but it didn't matter, because he got out the stain. Next time, I decided to use him again, he made several appointments & cancelled each short notice, because a "more important" job came up. When he did show up, he was snippy, as though it were a chore to be here. I did not get a quote, as he only needed to clean 2-8x10 area rugs, which took him 10ish minutes. I was surprised at the bill for $150. When he left, one 8X10 wool rug would not lay flat when dry. It buckled so badly, in many areas, that friends & I were tripping when walking on it. I moved the furniture, tried to smooth it out, many times, to no avail. So I had a carpet "expert" check it. Tim cleaned my wool rugs with hot water. It shrunk the wool, but not the backing. There is no option to repair the damage. When I told him (and nicely), I got no apology, no offer to replace it, nothing. I am spending almost $2000 to buy an equivalent rug. I see the 5 star reviews for him, and I'm amazed. Maybe he has friends to write these reviews. I'm reading about a different person than I met. We had a multiple dog mess on a wool rug and Tim came in and picked up the rug to take to his shop for cleaning and deodorizing. I was referred to Anthem by a neighbor who has used the service several times. Summer is near and I wanted to have the cushions on my patio furniture cleaned and weather guarded. I received quick response time from first contact. Tim showed up at the house later that day and evaluated the job and provided me with a fair estimate. He then offered a couple dates to consider for return and complete the cleaning. Once agreed on a time/day he showed up as scheduled. I am very impressed with the quality of service and finished product. These cushions are 3 years old, I do store them for part of the year and they show normal wear.
