Here's why I gave them 5 stars and highly recommend them. 8x3 with colored photographs and logo comes out to $60. 10x3 with pictures is $72 including tax and you get the banner WITHIN 20 MINUTES!! This works great for procrastinators like me! :) Love love love this place! They also do canvas printing, stickers, and other things. The quality of the banner was top-notch and the picture came out crystal clear. I was hesitant that it would be done in 20 minutes and thought it needed some drying time. He guaranteed me 20 minutes and he was right! No color bleeding or traces of the color rubbing off. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I checked out a few other places before I found DVP Printing. Here's what I found and none compared to DVP: 1. Select Graphic and Printing: 11931 Euclid St Garden Grove, CA 92840. 8x3 banner, but not same day... 2-5 business days. Stickers will take even longer 3-5 business days. 2. Direct Signs: 14876 Dillow St., Westminster, CA. 8x3 banner with pictures comes out to about $80. I didn't go with them because they were just rude. Told us to cut out the pictures and paste it on the banner if we wanted a cheaper price. Really? 3. 14873 Moran St. (forgot the name). 8x3 with pictures comes out to $90 same day service. Was planning to go with them, but their machine was broken and I needed the banner fast. They asked why I waited so long. They said they would call me on Saturday to let me know if their machine was fixed and I never received a call back from them. I told them it was last minute because the printer I had initially booked with fell through and ended up charging us a higher price than originally quoted.

I brought in a simple job: trimming 4 inches off each side of a banner. The person helping me didn't measure, just eyeballed it, and now the banner is noticeably uneven. While working, he also complained that the job "wasn't worth $$$," which felt unprofessional. I was hoping to find a reliable local print shop for a new 10x10 banner and brochures, and a simple, positive experience could have led to more business. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve consistency and customer care.
