My sister has health issues and has to have someone bring her to appointments, this was a massive inconvenience for both my sister & my niece (who had to travel over 45 minutes to get there). The thing I appreciate most is that they start appointments on-time & seem to do a thorough job. A vision technician does the preliminary things & then the optomotrist finishes & writes a prescription for glasses. With my insurance, there's no out-of-pocket cost for this exam, but I'm sure that wouldn't be the case for everyone. They also sell/make glasses, which seem pricey, but I feel to be of high quality.
