I don't know how to explain it, but she was gentle, but went really deep. I have an upper rib that pops out occasionally (OUCH!), and she was able to work it back in. Usually when I have work done on a particularly tough area, I cringe and can't relax, but she had me nearly falling asleep at the end. She is highly knowledgeable about anatomy and bodywork. She gave me some suggestions for adjusting my workspace and for stretches to feel better between massages. The treatment room is dark and cozy, and I'd highly recommend a treatment with her.

I was grateful for the recommendation. Insurance covered and I was progressively feeling relief and results. Sadly Janelle was leaving this practice. As her thoughtful parting gesture Janelle recommended a couple therapists to continue where she left off, which I looked forward to as she spoke so highly of their level of care and service. Then COVID hit. Fast forward two months and now I'm eager to start the therapy up again, I called today asking when they would be open for service. To my SHOCK the therapists (Kendall) have returned to work already, in fact 4 weeks ago. I was told Kendall was only calling back her "priority" list clients.... I wasn't sure what that meant, but of course I didn't get called or contacted.. when I asked for clarification the gal at the desk basically dismissed me and said "ok, goodbye" In the competitive service industry when we have choices on our therapy care - when it comes to how you're made to feel and overall experience..... we need more therapists like Janelle.

In my case, the door was indeed locked and I waited for almost 35 mins in hot weather but no one cared to show-up around or open the door. I knocked on the door a few times, tried to call their number but no one helped. I'm super disappointed in their service and will likely never take it again! I will also strongly un-recommend it in my friend circle, if "un-recommend" is a term!

As expected it was a very intense and deep therapeutic massage. She was constantly asking how my pain tolerance levels were when she went deeper and had great communication skills with me during the entire massage. Natalya is so knowledgeable about injury treatment and healing. I will post some pictures but I have to say (don't be fooled by the outside of the building) this is one of the cleanest most elegant massage rooms I've ever seen. She has a TV that scrolls pictures of beautiful, calming landscapes. She can turn on or off at your request. She takes most major insurances and treats a lot of car accident patients with PIP or lawyer lien as well. Although she doesn't have much of a website, I want more people to know about this fantastic massage therapist in downtown Everett!!

I saw this place, checked the prices and reviews, and it looked promising, so I booked a 1 hour massage. Lucy was the therapist... she worked her magic and it was seriously one of the best massages I've ever gotten. Loosened everything up without causing any pain (I tend to be a bit sensitive especially in places where too much elbow pressure is applied against bone, but I had none of that... session was perfect.) I walked out of there feeling so much better, and now a day after literally all neck/back pain is gone. Great experience, I only wish this was in my home town.... thanks Lucy!

She genuinely knows what she's doing and works with so much intention and care. This isn't a surface-level massage, Kay gives a real, deep, therapeutic massage that actually helps your body heal. Every session feels purposeful, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Because of how much she helped me, I also started taking my son to her for sports massage, and it has been incredibly beneficial for his recovery as well. Seeing the positive results for both of us really speaks to her skill and knowledge. On top of everything, Kay is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients.
