I worked exclusively with the owner, Jefferson, via phone to design the arrangements. I realized they made cakes. So I ordered a German chocolate cake to the order. I am so happy I did. They delivered all the arrangements and the cake to the restaurant. The flowers were beautiful and the cake was probably the best I have ever eaten. The cake was very moist and the chocolate icing was like eating fudge. I wish I had taken a picture of the cake but I was so busy singing happy birthday before I cut it. I will definitely use Bulldog florist and Careaway cakes again. They were fantastic!

I guess that might have been okay -- if you'd called me to ask?? I spent nearly $100 on an arrangement that was supposed to have a particular meaning for my friend, and they just made a substitution without informing me. If I hadn't called to follow up after my friend sent me the picture of what she received, I wouldn't have even known! Not the kind of service I am used to. I have ordered from local flower shops remotely before and they have always contacted me about any changes or substitutions different from what was advertised and paid for online. What if the person receiving the flowers had a specific allergy?? Just not acceptable. I will not use them again if I need to order in this area.

I was not happy with that for $60 I was not expecting daisys. As I was told I would get a big beautiful bouquet for $60..not. Peggy took me to the back showed me several flowers. We spoke about the flowers and color matches. She made me an absolute beautiful bouquet. Peggy was super sweet and very professional. Not once did she bash Ann's.
