Service for delivery was as scheduled. Service for properly arranging the flowers into the vase and providing the proper flowers what my boss order was a total failure. Looks like they went to the local grocery picked up 3 for $5 deal and went to dollar tree for a cheap vase, filled with water snd threw it in there. I have included the description and picture of what should had received and pictures of what I did receive. It was an embarrassment to me for my boss to have tell me the disappointment in my local florist and I am sure it was for her as well. Shame on them. read more

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a friend who had a family member passed away. The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered. When I called Loganville Flower Basket, the owner volunteered to redo the arrangement. She did so, and it was delivered to the recipient just a couple of hours later. The arrangement was beautiful. That is customer service! I was sorry for her that someone made a mistake, but she stood behind the error and corrected it. Very happy customer. I placed an order for a large arrangement in all white or white and cream color to be delivered to a family after a death One week ago.It was never mentioned that they could not fill my order because of the fact they didn't have white flowers. The order was above one hundred fifty plus delivery. The picture I received of the flowers by a family member looked like they just crammed some flowers in vase. The family didn't know what I had ordered. . I spoke with the manager and or owner four days later (after weekend) and was told they did not have white flowers and would have had to place a special order. She disagreed that I should get a refund Or at least a discounted price refund. She said it was her designers choice to fill the order like she wanted. read more

My father ordered flowers from here in honor of my birthday. The flowers arrived and no one even rang the doorbell, they just left them on the porch and departed-despite it being below freezing. When I saw them and brought them inside they were the best they were ever going to be. The next day the roses started browning and dying. I changed the water only to notice the roses were not cut diagonally but straight across. Flowers 101, if you cut them straight across they sit on the bottom of the vase and cannot drink up water-everyone knows (except these guys) roses have to be cut diagonally. By day two the carnations started dying-and these guys are the work horse of any arrangement as they last FOREVER! Well upon further inspection, the carnations were cut 2"-3" short and wire inserted to put them in the arrangement-rendering them 6" from the water line. The water clouded up every day due to the mums being old and rotted. I changed the water every day and still this arrangement was dead and dying and gone with in 4 days! Pathetic! Good flowers will last a week without question. This arrangement was pretty for one day. I would never recommend this florist! Poor quality flowers, horrible decisions rendering an inability for the flowers to drink water and no knock to even let us know they arrived-you're better off at Kroger! Sent my mom mother's day flowers and they arrived today as requested. My mom attached a picture and said the flowers were beautiful and fresh. They didn't look exactly like the picture (they never do) but they were pretty. I had been using national companies (1800flowers, proflowers) in years past, but my mom said that these were much better. They were also less expensive because you cut out the middle man. Local is the way to go!! read more

I ordered two different bouquets four days before the intended delivery date. One of the bouquets was a birthday cake themed one intended to coincide with my wife's birthday. Day of delivery, I get a call from the store informing me that the Birthday Cake Bouquet had molded and they would not deliver it. I had to explicitly ask for a refund when only prompted with exchange options. The additional bouquet I ordered did not arrive in time for my wife to receive them and was underwhelming when compared to the photo and price tag. What a joke. Ordered flowers and was told they'd be delivered. I even made it easy and ordered $100 DESIGNERS CHOICE arrangement. My order was not delivered missing my fiancé's grandmas 89th birthday!! To top it off, when I called the following day to check to see if it was delivered (because I found out it was not delivered)... the "24 hour staff" answered my call and informed me the florist is on vacation and they won't be back until July 9th. She kept telling me my order will not be delivered - WELL IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GET DELIVERED YESTERDAY! She also kept telling me there was nothing she could do, couldn't tell me anything or even who I spoke when I placed the order because she "couldn't access the files". Only thing she could do was send a message to the shop, which is closed until July 9th... Let's peel away the layers of this bloomin' onion! First and foremost I will admit my tardiness in ordering flowers two days before the delivery date. However, I called the day of to make sure everything was on track. It wasn't, the call taker ignored me for what seemed like 200 minutes. She literally took forever to come back. Literally. I'm writing this from a void that exists beyond the end of time. Finally she took down my information and insisted someone would give me a call back. Seemed like months went by, I called again only to be sqrugnised by another distasteful worker. My girlfriends flowers were no where to be found.
