When I called, he was the one that answered and continued to yell at me saying that I could not have booked with him tomorrow because that is his day off. I simply said that was fine. Could you please let me know what other time and with whom I could book an appointment For my children tomorrow. Instead of taking the time to look, all he did was continue to speak over me telling me I had to bring them today or Friday so that he could be the one to do their hair even after explaining to him several times that are only available. Today was tomorrow. I ended up hanging up the phone and then my wife called to try to see if she could make an appointment just over the phone. She spoke to a different stylist who claimed to be a elementary school teacher full-time and this was just her part-time job. she too also started screaming and yelling at my wife, calling her a liar because there was no way their online booking system was showing what we said it was showing, then thought it was appropriate to call her a B**ch. we will never come to this location and will make sure everyone that we know doesn't ever return including the family that recommended us to you. Serious training on how to speak and address customers needs to take place here. I don't understand how their doors are still open. This was their lake worth location.
