They dig through marketing materials, sales pitches, and inconsistent pricing models and juggle site visits, never getting the inside scoop to have confidence that they're selecting the best fit for their loved one. After a phone interview exploring everything from ADL needs to personality quirks, TCC took that data, came back to us within a week with their 4 top suggestions. They offered a rundown of exactly why each would fit with knowledge of the history of each, their business practices, style of care, staffing levels, along with an apples-to-apples comparison of monthly costs. Our TCC rep met us for site visits scheduled across two days, and made sure we got the info we needed, asking questions once ours were done to fill in any gaps. At each site, we spent a few minutes after meeting with the staff to talk to our rep and she ensured we had what we needed and shared her insights about the visit. When we'd completed all the visits, we spent a few days making a decision. We had what we needed to understand the daily experience as well as both short and long-term financial effects including the impact of a potential future switch to Medicaid funding at each option. We let our rep know, and she informed each home of our decision so we were ready to coordinate with the chosen home on move-in preparation. There is truly no substitution for the amount of knowledge and guidance that you get from TCC. A year later, it's clear we found the best place for our situation with their help. They're awesome and I recommend that everyone researching an assisted living, memory care, or similar facility call them first.

The position I currently hold allows me to interact with the resident population quite freely. I hear very candid things the residents say. By and large, the population as a whole is pleased with the way their landlords conduct business with them. They praise the food, the personal attention they receive, and the plethora of opportunities to grow and learn. We picked this place because it's beautiful and everyone working there is very nice. They have nice amenities and mom could be social and meet some nice residence. It is a very expensive place but because mom wouldn't have to move as her needs changed we thought it would be best. She lived at Eagle Point for just over 2 years on a month to month lease and my mom passed away on 4/8/2026. They had her money for rent for the month of April and level 2 assisted living. Since they did not provide care for most of April we were expecting a refund for assisted living portion and was told we would be receiving it. But they took rent out of the refund for May until the 8th. Instead of getting over a thousand back we got just over $200. Just want anyone moving there to beware of this. Also thinking she would not have to move even if she ran out of money was not true. Your put on a waiting list and if there is not a studio available you have to leave. At over $5k a month to live there paying her own way over 2 years we had that worry. CNA were very nice but they did go through a lot of new ones in the 2 years. If it weren't for Hospice care coming in addition the Eagle Point staff, mom would not have had the care she needed in her last couple months. CNA's at Eagle Point do not have a good leader and they do not have enough of them. They are over worked and frequently need to rush to another resident feeling like they couldn't provide the care they wanted to give. I know options for this type of living are not good. If we could have found a place for mom to have in house care we would have done that towards her last months.

I did not have a choice between male or female staff. When staff couldn't make out, they would either notify me right when the shift would start or they would call hours after the shift was supposed to start. Their schedule is also very inflexible. They work (or not lol) only in four hour shifts, either from 8am - noon or 1 pm - 5pm. And their staff use a GPS-based app so they'll try to stick around until their shift is up. Really stayed with the company for way too long based on other people's positive reviews

We immediately knew New Perspective was a great fit for my Aunt. Coleen, the sales director was very thorough answering all of our questions and helped us through the entire process. My aunt's apartment is so beautiful and spacious, with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, walk-in shower, and in-unit laundry room! They have wonderful amenities. Charlotte, and the nursing staff have managed to successfully monitor the care of the residents while keeping them virus free. My aunt is genuinely happy and has commented several times about how caring Bridget, the director, and all the care staff are. She has been able to get the help she needs at New Perspective, and still maintain her independence.
