Dash did such a gorgeous arrangement for my friend. She did not have all of the flowers in stock for an arrangement I had ordered from their website. She called me right away and explained how she would replace the original flowers. It ended up way better than what I had originally picked out! It was huge and beautiful. My friend who used to work for a florist said Dash should win some sort of artistic award. I am extremely grateful since I live in Hawaii and wanted to make sure something uplifting and gorgeous was sent to my friend who had a death in the family. I wanted to ship some flowers to my mom who lives there in Tucson. I am in California. I chose this shop based on my search. I gave them some idea of the color scheme I wanted and my budget. I asked if they could please send a photo as I would not be able to see it in person and wanted to make sure I was getting a bouquet that was worthy of my budget. I hired them to design my flowers for my wedding and was sadly disappointed. I unluckily had one of the sister owners who wasn't "all there". And she kept forgetting the details I wanted when I was consulting with her. I was hopeful still and was let down on my special day. I paid $700.00 for wilting flowers for my bridesmaids and they failed to follow my instructions for how I wanted my maid and matron of honor's flowers. I went into the store and ordered flowers and balloons to be delivered on the 3rd for my Moms b-day. I asked if they'd call her in advance to confirm she'd be there to which they said absolutely; however they didn't. Instead, they left a note on her door. I called but nobody answered, they don't have voicemail and they were closed for the 4th. I called again on the 5th and was told they close at 2pm and the lady said she would personally call before heading there bit would be delivering them at about 2:30pm. They did not call my Mom and they didn't deliver them until almost 5pm. I so won't be using them ever again!!! read more

The flowers at this location were beautiful, and I bought them for Mother's Day and my mother loved them. However, the staff at this location rushed people through their decisions. Both the lady behind me and myself were rushed by the staff, who was extremely rude. I asked her for more time and she grabbed a vase from the shelf and said "I am going to put the flowers in this vase." It was extremely unprofessional and rude. I have had two bad experiences ordering flowers over the phone. The first time was in November and the flowers that they sent out were nothing like the flowers I picked out. The second time the flowers came and they were nothing like the arrangement I picked online again. Since I live out of town I depend on the internet to make a selection and the staff is unable or unwilling to accurately place an order. CC helped with our initial consultation and was such a huge help. The ladies in the store were always so friendly when I would come in to make payments. The day of the wedding, I arrived to the church where the flowers had been delivered and saw my bouquet. The original bouquet was beautiful but the colors weren't what I had hoped for to compliment my wedding theme...so one quick phone call to the florist and she said she would be on her way to remake it. She arrived in 10-15 minutes with a 5 gallon container of a variety of flowers all in the colors that complimented our theme. We couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. It was gorgeous!!!! Worst flower shop I have ever been too. Picked up flowers day before the event by the next morning half of them were dead they replaced the flowers with half wilted ones. By the end of the event all of the flowers were dead and hanging over the vases. When I spoke to the manager the next day she said that she would refund something to my card. I didn't hear from her till the next evening when she called to tell me that it was my fault that the flowers died "in water" and that they would not refund or do a store credit. when I told her I wouldn't be back to their shop she said "that's ok". I have never been treated so poorly in my life and would never recommend their services to anyone. I did, however, give them a star. That was because parking was great! Got a spot right up front since the lot was empty because their service is terrible. read more

Ordered a birthday cake floral arrangement for our daughters 20th birthday a few weeks ago. Their website indicated that delivery was available Sunday. Once the order was placed, received a call asking if they could deliver today, 4/22, a day early. We agreed that would be fine. I just called since the delivery has not yet occurred only to find out that their delivery policy states the person receiving the flowers must answer their phone prior to delivery. They apparently tried to call my daughter twice and she did not answer. As a result they cancelled her delivery. Called my daughter to see if she had indeed received a call and she said someone called and she could not hear them and they tried again and she still could not hear them. They said they were too busy with a wedding and prom to get the delivery out and did not even try to call me. Very dissatisfied with them and will never order from them again! Using Yelp we found Evergreen was close by and they were FTD connected. We decided to move forward with an arraignment we picked out. When Madeline learned there was no connected flower shop in that town she said she would take care of it for us anyway which she did. This place is awesome. Prices are low, where else can you buy a dozen carnations under $3.00 or roses under $5. Evergreen is a locally own store so prices change weekly but they never brake the bank. Super friendly staff, however there is always that one person really skinny and long straight hair no makeup name starts with an L. you know who you are! Rude, and unprofessional.. But the rest of the staff are great and I really appreciated the help with my grandfather's service. Quality selection. They allow you to walk in there coolers and choose for yourself. Evergreen was a life saver for our wedding. We had an unfortunate experience with another florist in-town and needed to make a switch last minute. Evergreen provided the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for our wedding. The bouquets for my girls and myself were very large and full and exactly the shades of purple/lavender we wanted. The gal that delivered the flowers saved the day!! We didn't know until the day of the wedding that my husband's mother would be able to attend the wedding. In all the haste of the day I didn't realize we didn't have a corsage for her until the delivery gal showed up. We ordered three bouquets for our wedding (one bridal and two bridesmaid bouquets) and they were horrible! The flowers were not what we ordered and were already wilting by the time they were picked up the morning of our wedding. My husband (then fiance) called Evergreen before picking them up and it seemed like they had forgotten our order. My husband is convinced that they put the bouquets together at the last minute when he arrived since he had to wait 20 minutes while they "searched" for something in the back. Careless service and terrible product! If you're ordering flowers for your wedding, I would not recommend this place. read more
