However, I decided to text a picture and ask if he repaired this type. Of course he does!! We scheduled appt. in the same week. The problem with ours was the pilot kept going off & on for several months then completely went off. Asher immediately found the problem. I think it took more time to unscrew the face plate. There was a loose wire causing all these problems. Asher explained why this happens. He only charged me for the service fee. Asher is honest & professional. I am really satisfied with his work and will call in the future for any repairs.

Contacted WDepofRevenue and they gave me the statute #. I forwarded this to Mike then he admitted I was due a refund and he would get it off to me.It has been over 3 months and 3 contacts later and still no refund. Our experience with him makes us question his honesty and integrity.
